App won’t open (La aplicación no abre)

Even after downloading the app multiple times and powering my phone on and off again, the app just won’t load. It would try to open and then it closed itself up. It won’t even let me enter my membership ID. (Después de descargar la aplicación varías veces, incluso reiniciando mi teléfono, la aplicación intenta abrir y luego se cierra sola. No me deja si quiera ingresar mi número de carnet.)
