Midco My Account Reviews

Midco is the worst ISP I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with, frequent outages throughout the week to the point that I can’t always do my job while I wait for them to restore service. These idiots alway think it’s a bad modem which after multiple modem replacements one would think they would realize that the issue is not the modem. Nope they always blame the customer instead of admitting fault on their end.

Major bugs all of the time, never remembers my log in, makes you download to see your monthly statement, takes 2 payments out of my account at once, etc.

MidcoMyAccount is currently not working and it keeps logging me off.

Have had to remove and download several times.

MidcoMyAccount is now useless! Have to log in every time. I try to view my statement and it flips me to the website and it won’t load.

Literally sat there for an hour waiting for the first page yo load…literally a website from the 90s loads faster than this

MidcoMyAccount does not allow and Iphone 12 to switch between 5 and 2.4 gig. This makes it impossible to connect wifi devices that operate on 2.4 gig

You can’t see the billing since new update worst app I have used hands down. Other than shows you your account number….

I am not sure why you changed you application but this one is horrible. Constantly crashes and not helpful at all

I forgot my password and when I tried to do the forgot password to fix it it never sends me an email it just does nothing I tried for 3 hours and nothing MidcoMyAccount is trash

What’s the point in making your customers use an App if they can’t even sign in to it? I’ve uninstalled and re-installed, tried biometrics and email, and nothing. And when it was working a few weeks ago half the links wouldn’t even do anything when you clicked on them. Either fix MidcoMyAccount or get rid of it!!

Why have an app where a feature is to “manage your services” if it only allows you to add services? If I have to call in for everything anyways, why have an app?

To log in through MidcoMyAccount is another challenge, but even if you succeed it doesn't make any sense cuz anyway, it will transfer you to the browser website

Wow this new version is absolutely horrible!! Why would you launch something like this. Doesn’t even fit my screen so have to pinch and pull. And fonts are all jacked up.
Stop raising prices to launch stuff like this.

It has been crashing continuously for about a month now and I can’t use MidcoMyAccount to monitor my kids internet usage or even log on to any of the features. What’s the point if it will not work?

One of the worst apps I have ever used, it is not even setup for a mobile device, it is just a a shell that brings you to a web page. You would think an internet provider would have someone that could design a proper app, or at least contract with someone that could, jeez.

The ability to pay on MidcoMyAccount is fine but trying to manage my wifi through MidcoMyAccount or website is incredibly aggravating I can’t wait to be done with this wifi service always the same issues it’s such a headache.

There is no point to having MidcoMyAccount. Anything you click on just brings you to a web base browser. It does tell you if you have scheduled maintenance for your service, but when you click on the maintenance tracker, MidcoMyAccount just closes and logs you back out. It’s hard to even call this an app.

You’d think a company in the tech industry would have a decent app. Quite literally the worst mobile app I’ve ever had to use. Website pushes you to get MidcoMyAccount but MidcoMyAccount redirects you to the website for everything which works maybe half the time. For unlimited free services I will remake your app and it would take me less than a week
