Wasn’t amazing throughout but definitely has improved
Was advised at info desk to purchase better ear sets. Glad I did not. Needed translation for English. Continued to error msg. I reloaded the 6 times, restarted phone six times,and 4 time reload Wifi. Still error for live translation.
My view of the last event was dealing with PuyduFou . Fortunately, being a history teacher and having formal French Univ and Military was able follow the script.
The events were great need to work on app for English.
Wi-Fi had so many issues before we came to the park, (couldn’t purchase emotion passes because something was wrong), while at the park (kept dropping throughout the entire day). You need to improve your Wi-Fi. It should always be up and running and everyone should have access throughout the entire park.
PuyduFou just appears to have bad reviews because there’s not enough reviews. But the show started playing and PuyduFou was very quick to set up a Live Subtitle Translation in English! :) Very nice and smooth experience.
I had only one day to visit the park and had gathered some information on the shows before hand. All I had to do is organize the shows I want to watch in order of preference and bam I was given an itinerary.
It also has maps of the park and new for upcoming shows, plus live translations
