It’s not particularly fancy but it does the job it is intended to do.

EA crashes a minute or two after opening it (every time).

Easy app to use that accompanies my this app+ membership. I can take my digital card on the go with me and there is one-click access to call the emergency line if I need this app+. I can also click to call the numbers on the back of the card in case I need to just call customer service when I don’t have an emergency.

Previously a handy way to keep my this app+ info handy when traveling, but it suddenly stopped working after iOS updated! App refuses to recognize my 4 digit PIN which is required to open it. I have tried 3 times the strategy of deleting EA , re-installing and re-setting a new PIN after it lets me into my account with my password (which continues to work). But once you close EA , on re-opening it refuses to recognize the PIN you have just set on the install. No other way to get back in! So don’t bother with EA until they fix it!

When trying to enter data, e. g. Emergency contacts or medical information, EA crashes. Also trying to use Global Access EA crashes when trying to enter locations such as ‘is...’ or even scrolling beyond the B’s or C’s.

In its present form some useful elements do work such as my ID Card and local information. It would be even more help if the rest worked too!

I hope EA works when I actually need it! It crashes easily but does seem to login and look up my family’s id# properly. It crashes every time I try to add an emergency contact without any message. FAQ works and so does newsletter.

Easy access to my account information and handy features for traveling. Even has info on local events and venues. Can't wait to take my next trip!

Downloaded EA but when I attempted to set it up all I got was "Connection Error No Data Available!" even after multiple attempts. And this was with a strong connection. It makes me question...If this is what happens when I attempt to connect with a good connection, what will it be like if I need it someday in the world where the connection is not the best?

I too have the same problem with EA refusing to accept my PIN.
I also tried deleting and reinstalling but as soon as you close it EA won’t let you back in.
EA has lots of potential but until they fix this issue it is worthless.

Currency converter doesn’t work, can only enter an emergency contact if you give EA full access to your contacts, Monthly Newsletter doesn’t even mention Covid-19, etc.

Installed on iPhones (2) and iPads (2). It will be reassuring to have along on our next travel venture; even a day trip. Good quick reference info, too.

It doesn’t recognize me. I even called the company and they said I was logging in correctly with correct info..BUT it doesn’t recognize me. I just hope this service recognizes me if I am out of the country and need them. Makes you wonder ....Especially after you pay all that money........

It's really easy to have my information for my membership in my pocket. The location crime ratings are cool too!

Type the numbers they sent. Error message. Repeat twice. Errors. Oh sure their gonna rescue me from some distant village when they can’t even get their own stupid reg screen to work.

Feels like at total $180 scam. Used American Airlines as t ad header but it has nothing to do with AA.

Horrible app, it only slowed me to register and while I was trying to add my emergency contact it crashed 4 times, I deleted EA and tried again only to have the same problem. Please fix this, I’m a new customer and I’m starting to question my purchase.

EA is useless. Every time I open it and touch on My this app it shuts down. I have deleted and reinstalled EA many times and can occasionally get it to work one time before it shuts down permanently. Scary to think I might be in an emergency situation and need to use EA .

Nice App! Great to have this on available on my IPhone for my next trip. Thumbs up 👍🏻

I agree it’s the previous reviewer - spontaneous crashes are troubling. Without confidence that ALL features will perform as expected, it is not safe to trust EA to perform potentially life-saving actions during a crisis. Would you bet your life? Me neither.

I just downloaded EA and tried to register. EA won’t recognize my membership information. It is useless if you can’t even get registered.

One of the most important pieces of information is incorrect. Example - US Embassy location in San Salvador, El Salvador shows the Honduras location. Need to check information before posting

After I put in my pin, screen freezes up. I’ve reported to this app+, but nothing has changed. Sadly, EA is worthless at this point.

Will not accept my membership number!
Then freezes when reopening EA .
Hope their emergency services work if I need them!

It’s basically not working at all! Locks up or crashes with most attempts to use it.
