Im using this app on an android tablet to used to monitor my Aquarium. I love the app and the simplicity of it. However, my problem I’m experiencing is the app will crash at some point during the day and close out. I’ll restart it and then it will crash once again randomly throughout the day. Any fix for this? Thank You

switchbot app wont work with my iphone - cant click the "next" when connecting either the hub or the bot and i cant tell whether its an issue with my phone or the app. all of my other apps work fine but switchbot app needs some improvement

Switchbot shows on apple devices but not android

App will not let me log in. Keeps giving errors but I can log in through a browser with my same login information. Already reinstalled the app and did the update.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SwitchBot app issues:

Force Stop the SwitchBot App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SwitchBot app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SwitchBot to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SwitchBot App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SwitchBot app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SwitchBot.

Fix SwitchBot unable to contact server/ SwitchBot internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SwitchBot » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SwitchBot » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SwitchBot on android.
