Expect to not receive your order completely
For the second times I received my order not complete, customer service they didn’t respond and no refund for the missing order. Moreover they are always late plus they charge you for delivery the double compared with other well known applications. It’s a waist for your time and money.

One of the worst food delivery apps
First of all this app spams you with advertisements in the notification area daily, which is against citcs laws in Saudi Arabia Secondly this app has very bad drivers , no training at all to drivers you have to order verbally and discard anything that you did in the app , you have to give a location to the driver , you have to talk to the restaurant and do the ordering from A to Z. My personal experience, its not worth the hassle.

Worst customer service
I made an order and when the driver arrived I didn't pick up the phone immediately. So just after a few minutes, they charged me and the driver left. I tried to contact them by phone and email but they never answered. I was surprised to be treated like this although I am a loyal customer. I decided to delete the app immediately.
