The latest update from October 2020 ruined History. It used to have a lot of information in a small area and if I was interested in a specific event, I could click and get more information. Now it spreads the events out over sometimes-unrelated pictures. It is too bothersome to scroll through that much fluff to get to the content. I have deleted History .

Before you could get multiple events listed for each day and click on links from the events to read more from wikipedia. Now it doesn’t even display events by day anymore. And it doesn’t give 1/100th of the information it used too. All with images that are almost completely unrelated taking up half the screen for no reason.

I think this used to have a list of events and now it has huge blocks with an image and text that cuts off. I don’t want to click on every single one to find out what happened, I wanna click on the ones that I find interesting and this format just makes me close History , very sad.

History has had random crash issues for years. Then it just randomly fixes itself.

History is good per se - but it’s dates are a month behind …….again. This was a problem a while back and seemed to be fixed - but. It’s back to citing this app a month prior to whatever date “today” is…. Births are a month behind again….

Events and births are one month behind. Sept 1 is reporting on events and births that occurred on August 1……..

Images shown with text are not always accurate or appropriate for the content with which they are paired. Text links are for Wikipedia which is okay. The breadth of material is global. That is enjoyable and useful. (Has an inaccurate AI been used to scavenge and assemble content?)

Just a couple things; I don’t like having to go back to History when I just want to go back to a different Wikipedia page. Also, the black text with the dark background makes it very hard to see. One more thing is that I would like to be able to save events to remember them. But overall really great app.

History has more events than other similar apps but all you can do is look at todays events. Can’t save favorites or looks at other dates. Love that fact that it has so many events for each day though.

When loaded, this gives this app and births, but no death category, which is seen in the pictures……….

Found again.

This is my favorite this app app! I have been using it every night for years. It worked last night, but I tried to go on today and it just closes. I can’t even get it to open to today’s events.I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn’t work. I have an iPhone 8.

I love History but I wish I could learn the meaning of older and less common vocabulary terms used in the titles, instead of having to go to google every time

It’s great to study this app, we should not destroy this app we need to learn to do better from our past

I just downloaded History the other day. Big this app fan. But today October 9 has all referenced articles that happened on November 9 not todays date.

Love History, it’s a great reference for any/all things that have happened to date from ancient to recent. My only complaint is crashing, but I’m certain it can be fixed

It would be better if there was more info on the different daily tabs instead of links to wikipedia or atl east links to other historical sites

I’m about 2 minutes into History and I already love every single thing about it.
