How to fix Kunduz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kunduz app on iPhone
Update Kunduz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kunduz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kunduz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kunduz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kunduz Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kunduz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kunduz App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kunduz » click [Force Stop]

Update Kunduz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kunduz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kunduz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kunduz.

Fix Kunduz unable to contact server/ Kunduz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kunduz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kunduz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
