I am not able to log in with my number it is showing error msg

Subscribed to the unlimited questions and was logged out and now I’m unable to log back in. Keep getting an error message.

I’ve been using this app for around a month now and I’ve realized that tutors only care about getting their satisfied rating, they don’t care about solving the problem correctly. I actually experimented with this and asked different tutors different questions. I asked if they could rephrase and they’ve asked to terminate the chat. I’ve asked for evaluations to problems and I even made a test with actual correct answers to see if they got it correct. Out of the 25 questions that I provided 3 went unanswered and 14 were wrong.
Rude tutors

The tutors are rude specially when they answer a question wrong and you tell them that the answer is wrong instead of double checking their answer they give you attitude and tell you that the answer is right
