My siilo app doesn't give a sound on new notifications, just a single vibration. Sometimes the notifications go unnoticed because of this problem. Can't seem to find a setting with sound on/off which can be seen on the iPhone app

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Siilo app issues:

Force Stop the Siilo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Siilo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Siilo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Siilo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Siilo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Siilo.

Fix Siilo unable to contact server/ Siilo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Siilo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Siilo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
