I also had the experience that someone picked up the job and showed up 45 minutes late past the end of the time window. Also it was not the person pictured. You cannot cancel a job until the time window is complete, which puts all the responsibility on the user. I booked a job with 24 hours notice and then at the beginning of the window saw the driver was over an hour away. He claimed he would make it at the very end of the two hour windie, which was not realistic. I ended up booking someone else who showed up on time. I can’t say the drivers on this app have been reliable.

The good:
- Very convenient and fairly affordable
- Fast response time
The bad:
- No guarantee that the item will arrive within 2 hours as they claim. Some workers will pick up multiple jobs at once. One of our job took 5 hrs and arrived at 23:00.
The ugly:
- the add-on insurance does NOT cover cosmetic damages. So a vintage furniture that was severed damaged cosmetically during transport will NOT be covered by the insurance. Read the fine print!
- Tiptapp claims that they are more like a marketplace than Uber/foodora, so they will deflect the responsibilities on the refund. However they also act as the payment processor, so one would realistically perform a charge back on the bank card in order to get refunded.

Helpful app, but there’s no customer service whatsoever. You can never reach them anywhere.
