Camera doesn’t work even though it’s enabled. Am I missing something?

Everything is behind a paywall, you can’t access any of the app functions without paying. I understand that they need to make money however they should have at least a few basic functions available so you can see if you even find it helpful before committing.

Half the features of this app do not work. I have contacted body map several times and they have not fixed the problem. I paid for a year subscription and they will not refund me.
