I just want simple - that’s why I loved the equator and moonbeam design and spent my hard-earned money on Amazfit. I was super excited and proud to get into their tech but after two (plus) years I can say it has been nothing but unreliable. I decided to try again with this product last week and now after days of trying to use AmazfitActivitySleepTracker to sync my data I continually am treated to “Sorry something went wrong” error messages. I can’t login not even after I’ve reinstalled AmazfitActivitySleepTracker multiple times. Sorry? You better believe I am. Doesn’t appear the company is genuinely sorry though. After all, they got my $$ and sold me a worthless product. There isn’t a single message I can find on their website that mentions support for these older items. You have to find it thru a google search. Bad company I will never purchase another product from them

I love the design of the fitness tracker but AmazfitActivitySleepTracker is disappointing. It randomly logs me out and when I log back in, I have to create a new profile every time. Also, it takes a few minutes for AmazfitActivitySleepTracker to find the device and sync. Overall, I like the tracker but AmazfitActivitySleepTracker definitely needs some work.

Update: I tried to love the amazfit but AmazfitActivitySleepTracker was frustrating and then there were just key features missing like a notification that the battery was low without having to constantly check on the phone. I found another option that was similar and included more of the features I was looking in AmazfitActivitySleepTracker for tracking and it uses a regular battery versus rechargeable which will last much longer. King of wish I would’ve found it first but you live and learn.

I have the Equator and so far it’s excellent. Stable app, sturdy bracelet, attractive, functional.

Feature request for AmazfitActivitySleepTracker : how about a timer alongside the alarms? It would be great to get a vibration after 30 minutes of running, for instance, just by pushing a preset in AmazfitActivitySleepTracker . Thanks!

Sleek design on hardware. Not sure on accuracy bc AmazfitActivitySleepTracker isn't really functional. It syncs my steps, which seem way too high, but the screen locks as soon as it syncs and I can't view any other screen. Also it wants me to verify my email, but it won't send the link. Yes, I checked my spam filter. So disappointing bc I really love the tracker design.

Update: the call vibrate feature doesn't work because the Bluetooth doesn't stay connected 🙄

I had trouble syncing with my Moonbeam after 3 months and tried to pair it again. I tried to uninstall AmazfitActivitySleepTracker too and still it would not pair up. I contacted Customer service and they told me to do the same thing. They asked me to send a video of the error and they just stop responding to my email. This product is terrible with no support from the company.

AmazfitActivitySleepTracker forced me to do an update and now it freezes continually. I have restarted my phone and logged out and back in to AmazfitActivitySleepTracker with no success. I can scroll back to dates, but as soon as I press sleep, the screen locks. Also, is the sleep data (deep vs light) detail available with the updated version?

I don't know what's going on but I can't login to my account further more I couldn't use my moonbeam.
I expect more from MI team🤨

I really like this watch. It's comfortable and accurate but I'm wondering if AmazfitActivitySleepTracker will create an update to where you can see a heart rate chart. That's one of the main reasons I wanted a heart rate tracking watch but currently you can only see the current heart rate and I'd like to see a chart of the whole day so I can better track heart rate during workouts. Please take this into consideration because if not I'm going to have to return this watch and search for a different brand. Thank you

I wanted to use this mainly for the sleep function but it freezes every time I click on the sleep button.

I have tried everything from deleting app, restarting my phone, clearing all data and it still gives me an error message and says to try back later!!

What is happening with AmazfitActivitySleepTracker ? It doesn’t seem like the company is supporting AmazfitActivitySleepTracker anymore. I cannot get in with my account or if I create a new one. Please do not purchase this device as it seems they have stopped supporting AmazfitActivitySleepTracker .

I have tried signing up and logging in and it still says “Can’t register. Something went wrong.” I’ve tried re-downloading it and it still won’t let me :(

Happily switched to the new app version and it looks great!

AmazfitActivitySleepTracker has required me to create an account 4 different times now, meaning I’ve lost any data I had acquired over time. The requests to sign in are usually triggered at random

This is not the current app for Amazfit gear and they have done a horrible job of linking to the new app and updating current app users. Please search on “Zepp” to find the current app.
