Why do apps keep going to subscription

This is yet another app that’s part of a disturbing trend on the Apple store. And this also seems to be the only type of review that I am writing lately because this is such a disturbing trend . I got it along time ago before it was a subscribe app and then at some point after one of the many updates it told me that my trial was up, so apparently at some point it became a subscription app. To the developer why do you guys do this? This is not the only app where I’ve seen this happen. I’ve had this happen to about a dozen or so of my apps where I had paid the $.99 or the $1.99 or whatever it was and 3, 6, 12 months later all of a sudden they want two or three dollars every month for subscription. Is being an app developer that bad and that low paying? If so just make FitWidget a subscription app upfront. I wont download it but at least I wont feel like I was bait and switched. And on top of it all you make someone pay $.99 to download an app just so they have the privilege of paying you a subscription. Just exactly who do you think you are and yes I take it personally?

Good but with issues for paid users

I paid for lifetime and keeps showing me as non paid user ever 3 of more times I load FitWidget . Then I have to keep restoring . Not a good first impression for a paid user. I reached out to developer on WhatsApp and will see if he’ll quickly remedy the issue

Love the idea

It doesn’t keep my changes. The idea behind FitWidget is terrific but I feel like it needs more development. If it would keep my changes and be more user friendly I would give it 5 stars.

Almost there

Like the quick accurate integration with health.
It would help if user can select the metrics (example switch distance for heart rate average). There is not a preview of styles and on mine it never changed from one style to another.

Easy and nice

Yes, it’s new and may have an issue or two now. But this widget is nice looking, easy to use, and has good layouts. Datta is very responsive to input and is doing a good job with it.

Apple Health Alternative

For months, I've been seeking for the ideal health app. I've finally located her! I'm ecstatic that the software does everything that Apple doesn't. I had to support the devs with a premium upgrade because FitWidget convinces me more than anything else I've seen so far. I'm hoping that the developers will continually make updates and that I'll be able to use FitWidget for a long time. I can confidently recommend this software to anyone who is dissatisfied with Apple's original Health app. Greetings and kudos to the creators!

Convenient

Love having the information right on my lock screen

Great handy app that expands the functionality of apple health.

I liked FitWidget. The ability to see the health data in handy widgets is great. The average HR feature and setting the goal in steps and floor climbing is great. It keeps me motivated to complete the goal daily. I no longer have to open the health app to see the data.
I have a few suggestions on the aesthetic. If you keep the theme of all of the widgets (without borders) like you have for the sleep tracking and activity (small widgets icon). That will be great. The outside border looks a bit distant. But that could be just my view.

Charming Health Widget App

I've been using the Apple Health app for quite some time. While using, I am completely unsatisfied.
There are two reasons why I prefer FitWidget to the official Apple Health app.
There is no widget inside the official Apple Health app. This is a bad representation of Apple. Another hand, there are a total of 20 widgets in FitWidget.
To begin with, Apple Health is extremely clumsy when it comes to a variety of issues. The home screen is cluttered with a lot of useless stuff. While this program is compact, it is really handy. Beautiful and transparent design that appeals to me greatly.

Useful one

I found it useful to quick catch-up my todays health activities like steps, distance.
Tweaking: need more frequent widget reload.

Excellent app

Beyond the expectation.
Beautiful design and simple to use. Perfect representation of my steps and sleep data. And handy battery widget makes my Home Screen effective.

Best pedometer widget I've found

Previously, I wrote a review with a few suggestions, and the developer almost immediately implemented them. I love this widget - it's a quick look at my official step count and, very importantly, does NOT require that I have my phone with me for every step.

The step goal feature is great, and I love the little wheel showing progress towards the goal.

Great for keeping track of steps

If you are keeping tracking of how far you run or walk FitWidget works great doing that.

So far, so good!

Just started using FitWidget. Has data points I’m interested in tracking. I’ll come back to adjust the review if I have any problems.

More than what expected

I've been looking for the perfect health app for weeks. Now I've finally found her! I'm thrilled that FitWidget offers everything that Apple himself can't do. Since FitWidget convinces me more than anything else I've seen so far, I absolutely had to support the developers with a premium update. I hope that the developers will continue to release updates and that FitWidget will be preserved for a very long time to come. With a clear conscience, I can recommend FitWidget to anyone who is not satisfied with the original Apple Health app. A big compliment and thanks to the developers!

This is The One

Great health app in a simple, well thought out configuration that gives you solid and reliable data to help you keep your exercise and workout routines consistent

Extremely Useful Widget

I've read a lot of positive reviews, as well as a few bad ones. However, I decided to give FitWidget a shot. And I have to say, I absolutely adore it!

The basic Health and Activity applications built into iOS have irritated me greatly over the last year. The data on display (particularly in the Health App) is extremely difficult to comprehend and manipulate.

I really like some other features like Breathing exercise, glucose tracker, weight tracker with BMI.
Overall, it exceeds my expectations, which I had before installing it.

Combo Feature for Health

I love the idea of HEART POINTS / HEALTHY POINTS. Which is very crucial for my everyday life.
It's a decent app for keeping track of everything and receiving a comprehensive picture of one's health in one go.
It can sync data from my Fitbit, FitWidget is quite handy for me.
It's quite appealing to me. By days, weeks, months, and years, all health information is available at a glance. The price is reasonable given the For the features, the price is reasonable.
Two improvement suggestion: Please add a night mode and a water reminder.

So far so good

I love the widget! It’s accurate and aesthetically appealing, integrates well with apple health which pulls data from my generic smart watch with no issues so my step count etc is accurate even though I don’t carry my phone with me everywhere. I recommend!

Heart point beauty

I've been using FitWidget for the past two years. It is my responsibility to provide a nice review for them because I am benefiting from FitWidget.

I am a member of the American Heart Association (AHA). The American Heart Association suggests that, every person spend at least 150 minutes each week doing activities that increase heart pump. This is the only application that incorporates this formula into its functionality. It's a fantastic depiction.

I always made an effort to meet my weekly objectives. And the Health widget assists me in doing this task.
I also use a breathing exercise and a scale to keep track of my weight.
I am confident that their attractive design will entice you as well.

Great

Looks good so far! Nice design and gives me steps, distance, and stairs climbed. The only issue is the clock attached to the widget seems inaccurate.

Nice Application <3

This is the best app that i have ever seen.. I am using FitWidget for workouts and i am really happy to use FitWidget. Feature are awesome.. I like it <3

Apple Watch version

Any possibility of a version for the Apple Watch anytime soon?

Good application

Quite good app with widget
