Close and restart the XWatch app on iPhone
Update XWatch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall XWatch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix XWatch on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve XWatch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent XWatch app issues:

Force Stop the XWatch App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click XWatch app. » click "Force Stop".

Update XWatch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear XWatch App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "XWatch app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch XWatch.

Fix XWatch unable to contact server/ XWatch internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click XWatch » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got XWatch » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch XWatch on android.
