In trying to register, I am prompted to get a code, but it is only in Chinese!

Absolutely worthless, can’t register which means you can’t pair watch to IPhone or even get into XWatch , support is in Chinese with no translation.
Complete waste of money!
If support can make this right I’ll change my review but as of now I believe this product is a complete scam!

App requires registration but doesn’t send anything to get registered. Can’t use it. All info and text is is Chinese(?) with no translations so can’t contact the developer either. Am unable to use XWatch , so can’t interact with the watch. Had high hopes. Very disappointed.

XWatch is useless worth the this app because it won’t send the verification code (US btw) no matter what I try and do. I found another app made by the same creator called Sports + that seems to work just fine (including camera function and stuff) and does not need to be registered. Use that app if you got the X Watch.

After multiple attempts, I still haven’t received an email in order to register! Horrible, and a waste of time an money.

App asks to send sms verification but it doesn’t send anything after about 20 tries or believe this is another big scam!!!!

Does not work with my this app and app does not have all the features that shows in theApp store.Does not notify my watch on anything, but it does communicate with my iPhone 6s plus with steps... All it does. Also need to have an English version with pounds and weight instead of metric also for app support needs to be in English as well, since I dont read Chinese.

Had the same sms prob. It is kinda tricky but quite simple. Very misleading instructions. You need to enter the SMS code 3 times! Where the Get It ! space is where the envelope icon is, the password space, and the re-enter password space.! I have an IPhone 6. I scanned the QRS bar scanner in the instructions for the iOS setting. At the very back of the instruction booklet is a "World iOS" bar code also. Didn't synchronize time from phone to watch so it gets 3. *

It is not straight forward replacing the battery and battery warranty of one yr I am not sure. Since I bought it in November 2017 the battery symbol has appeared and given me Cause to replace the battery and already hassling me

It’s really good, i was using the “sports+” app then i got XWatch its great, BUT since I downloaded this every time i turn the watch off, the steps reset and the time turns to 24h, please fix this.

That the application only works on the continental China. So try downloading Sports+

Hard to register, doesn't do much, and now seems to randomly forget my login info.
