Невозможно отправлять другим пользователям сообщения. Как только отправляю появляется надпись "вы не можете отправлять сообщения некоторое время." хотелось бы узнать причину по которой я не могу общаться со своими друзьями. Заранее спасибо

How to fix Hello app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hello app on iPhone
Update Hello app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hello iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hello on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hello network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hello Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hello not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hello App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hello » click [Force Stop]

Update Hello to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hello App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hello » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hello.

Fix Hello unable to contact server/ Hello internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hello » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hello » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hello
