If you want to subscribe and read this it has to be from your computer. Also, the news doesn’t change very often. I think they are having growing pains. I wrote and received automatic responses with dead links. Very frustrating. Paige finally wrote and offered a refund.
The same thing happens with my subscription. The never ending sign in loop on the phone and the apologetic emails with dead links and finally Paige writing to offer a refund. I didn’t want a refund, I want to support this really great idea.
Now I’ll try reading from my computer.

I have contacted Support multiple times to try resolve my problem with the app. No replies to my emails. I have paid the 2-month sub fee TWICE and app doesn’t recognize me. I have delete and reloaded the app. Same problem. I have changed my password. Same problem. I would like to have access to this content. But I’m giving up.

I paid for the membership to access the Local France & it will not allow me to log in. It keeps taking me to the account details page and sending me log in links. Once logged in, & try to access content it continually requests me to log in again.
What a rip off.
