TheCRM is suppose to help me contact my customers when I am not near my computer. It wonβt let me type in the keyboard several times. There is always an error message. Also, sometimes it wonβt even open an email or text from my customers. It needs to get UPDATED big time
With more than 20 years in the auto business, this is the worst CRM I have ever used on the market and I have used some really bad ones. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away!
TheCRM does not even deserve one star. Extremely difficult to use, mainly in sending photos through email.
This is the best CRM app I have used at my dealership. Love the ability to scan drivers licenses and vin barcodes to upload data into the system.
