How to fix Five Below app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Five Below app on iPhone
Update Five Below app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Five Below iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Five Below on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Five Below network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Five Below Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Five Below not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Five Below App
1. On android, goto Settings » Five Below » click [Force Stop]

Update Five Below to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Five Below App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Five Below » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Five Below.

Fix Five Below unable to contact server/ Five Below internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Five Below » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Five Below » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
