Being a subscriber of the magazine for many years and enjoying it, I decided to subscribe for the app. I paid my 2$ in hopes of reading older subscriptions and the app doesn’t work. It keeps telling me it will take a few minutes to restore my subscription. I gave it a week and I still can’t access any older issues. It’s really sad that they still can’t get it right. It’s a joke!!

Can’t sign into my account, even changed my password. Won’t accept my account number either, or what I thought was my account number on my latest issue. Why doesn’t my account online, on the website, show my account number instead of trying to figure it out what it is on the mailing label?! Subscriber since I was in my teens. This is horrible.

Once again they “upgraded” the app. Now I can’t get any of the new issues. Good upgrade. The incompetence of these guys is beyond belief. Yet trying to contact them results in NEVER getting to talk to a human being and never gets the problem resolved. A quality publication with incompetent support. Do not get a digital subscription ! They are unable to fulfill it but will gladly keep your money.
