New upgrade is good but many unexpected issues.. even for small small things. My jio ID password has signed out automatically from all my apps on my iPhone or my iPad and now I am unable to sign in or even reset my password. All iPads aren’t 4G so it is impossible to use the sim in it from beginning and now even on hotspot or JioFi or WiFi unable to use the apps after the upgrade.

The chat agent advised to change the password through upgraded my jio app but there is no option of change password. Your introduction to the new enhanced app shows the snapshot with the change password but in actual that is not appearing MyJio . Kindly fix it or switch to the older version please. It was good even in poor network conditions but now this enhanced app is difficult and freezes in poor network connection. Please help.

MyJio is great and I use it for my jio fiber but controlling the devices connected to my jiofiber is very difficult as there is no option to rename the devices and it shows the name as MAC 5 , MAC11, desktop axb288k, and such like random names which we can’t identify easily. So it would be better if there is an option to rename the device. Otherwise MyJio is very good . I request the team to please add this feature, it would be very useful.

I have no clue why application is showing activate button when customer recharges account prior expiration. Although there is statement which says that you plan will kick in once current plan expires, it mis-leading and customers may tap activate button accidentally, this is conspiracy where customers may loose money. There is no point in having activate button when the new plan will kick-in automatically after current plan expires.

It’s very nice experience to use fibre network but as far as consult to recharge all rates are right now applicable the same when recharge for either monthly or half yearly or yearly. That’s not fair. If we recharge at a time for a year the rebate must be applicable. Otherwise none will recharge for more than a month. If company need more money at the same time must be restructure the plan terrine.

Overtime I have seen that few of the defects keep open for example international recharge options country are not loading.
It’s a very silly mistake but it should be catch in testing. I believe application is not tested thoroughly before deployment and it’s happening regularly.

Update:- Sometime I think the architect of this application has no idea how to design a truly international app.
1. I live outside of India and most irrelevant feature of MyJio is login. You can not login without OTP. What??? Imagine that your at the place where no jio roming pact and you need to reacharge or make a request for your family or for your self. Now you are stuck.

I will update my review if they fix this issue.

International recharge and international roaming are confusing to an outsiders and money goes in one section intended for another
For example I deposited 1200 Rs in international calls but thinking its roaming , I pressed roaming choice
Now repeated calls since March and e mail has produced no response and money is stuck in international roaming instead of international calls or be transferred to main account
Can some body help as repeated calls have produced zero result and zero effort
Each person responding puts wall in front of me as an answer

When I visit my residence, there is signal issue in Lodha Amara, Kolshet Road, Thane & thereby coverage is dismal & annoying. Many times I wish to change service provider. Request for better signal ...

Liked all new interface, design and app logo! But it crashes while recharging or checking the available data! Hope new update fix all the bugs👍🏻

Application interface is quick and way to understand and you can maintain you Jio phone with ease. Really nice and helpful application.

Earlier version crash and not showing current data use but this updated version working fine. No issues at all.

Really like the new interface after the update makes everything useful appear clearly on your screen !

There is no one to support from this network .. I had a problem with network the phone just doesn’t show any network n it says no service .. so tried to contact support whom I think there is no one with jio ... no one shows just keeps on waiting n all of they will just come n go within a minute ... shame on u jio u foiled the whole nation with your network

It stores all my Jio numbers and using coupons on recharge is very smooth and sending vouchers to friends and family is a very good option.

I am giving a five star bcos in this lockdown time I can’t go out but I need a data voucher and believe me I got that data voucher through my phone balance wow this is epic

Wrote this review just because I was really impressed with how they have updated the way jio tunes works, keep it up!

This crApp is a complete joke. Aside from being the SPAMIEST crApp and service, you can’t do something as simple as recharging your account. After you go to the trouble to carefully enter all your credit card info, it simply deletes all the information that you’ve entered and then tells you that you’ve entered incorrect information. Jio needs to hire some eight year old children to fix this joke of a crApplication.

Data speed is low. Most of the time I have to depend upon WiFi.
I am not sure whether this is due to poor signal strength, or low data speed.
Jio may please communicate the reasons.

The one app for all jio services that’s look too good . I really like MyJio and the new feature (emergency data loan) that’s i like the most thanks jio for providing us a smooth data connection ❤️

As a valuable customer with continuity you should offer more apps. Such as Netflix.

I have noticed in “battery usage” that MyJio had been used in the background for over 27 hours in the past 10 days with just 6 minutes of on screen usage. I seriously don’t know what they need the background tasks? I am deleting MyJio.

MyJio is confusing and the service by Jio is horrible! So far it sailed through everything because of its pricing but now things have started to pinch! Especially when you face a I-don’t-care-about-what-your-grevience-is Customer care! They can’t empathise and they just don’t care!! Very very bad experience with them after renewing my contract! Disappointing!!

MyJio tries to fill in one single screen of a handheld device more information than can fit on a laptop screen web page. It's UI is third class. Keeps crashing. And they keep making changes that are unnecessary and useless. Just give a good broadband experience with it trying to jam everything into one app, dudes.

MyJio is ok but there are some accessibility issues. VoiceOver doesn't focus properly while trying to select a recharge plan. Even on the home screen, some things are not accessible

Service is simply excellent, some areas call dropping.

Slow. Cluttered. Not user friendly. Recharge for extra data but cannot see the new balance. Have to dial a number to check that. Ridiculous.

Too many issues with payments and can’t even perform simple Debit or Credit Card transaction, and the screen doesn’t even respond, and always slow and loading forever.

Make it uncluttered.
