How to fix ViaBus app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ViaBus app on iPhone
Update ViaBus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ViaBus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ViaBus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ViaBus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ViaBus Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ViaBus not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ViaBus App
1. On android, goto Settings » ViaBus » click [Force Stop]

Update ViaBus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ViaBus App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ViaBus » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ViaBus.

Fix ViaBus unable to contact server/ ViaBus internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ViaBus » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ViaBus » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ViaBus
