I can’t even get on Circle . It keeps crashing.

Circle was brought up in a meeting with the portrayal that it was going to be accessible to anyone with health care related needs. Circle is ONLY for pregnant women, there is no option to edit to let Circle know you are NOT pregnant. Deleted it right away.

Most of the time app doesn’t open and gets stuck on the main this app with Providence page. I had to uninstall and reinstall to make it work more than couple of times.

Thought Circle had some really cool features, as I’m pregnant and would like to track my health during the rest of my pregnancy. It won’t give me the option to be anywhere but Montana, California, or Oregon. I’m quite obviously not in any of those places. Deleted immediately. 😒

Circle is really starting to upset me! It freezes a lot and my feedings and diaper trackings are constantly disappearing. It’s very annoying when I lose all the data

I try to sign up it says I’m already signed in. I ask for a reset of password code and one never comes. So, I can’t use Circle even though my OB wants me to use this...

No matter how many times I rolled the date to her birthday, it would autocorrect to September 20, 2000 for some weird reason. I didn’t even get a chance to try it out! So frustrating!!

The entries I save in the feeding tracker keep disappearing. Sometimes an entire day’s worth of entries get deleted. So inconvenient!

The hospital pushed hard for me to download this. Seemed the perfect tool to track in real time all the newborn baby items you need to track. ONLY if freezes up for many hours at a time every 3rd or 4th time you go to input data. Very annoying if you’re relying on this all (on very little sleep) to track everything!! If it actually worked reliably seems like a great tool but now downloading a new app to replace this.

The breastfeeding tracker was the main reason I valued Circle, but lately the recordings have simply vanished. This is especially frustrating when it’s 2am and you’re exhausted and you just want Circle to do it’s job correctly.

I loved Circle before the update. Now it erases my feeding and diaper change data. I lost days worth of info and is not saving the info anymore :(

Circle is great but currently it isn’t working with iOS 14. I’m hoping it gets fix soon!

After we study and making all the choices about my birth plan for my baby with my OB, the information was not accessible to the nurse at the hospital.
The process was great if it was implemented. The this app birth-plan is not integrated with the hospital where we have birth.

The breast feeding tracker and diaper tracker are so useful!
There is a vast amount of information and resources made available throughout Circle which is very reassuring for this first time mom.
However I have noticed that after I save a feeding and close Circle it looses the most current feeding. Hopefully this glitch will get fixed with the next update because I really do love being able to track my newborns input and output.

I love Providence and all of the ways they offer for you to keep up on you and your baby's health through their MyChart and this app apps. The only thing I've noticed that needs fixed is the the week-by-week and month-by-month articles that pop up at the top of Circle do not correspond to my baby's actual age; for instance, it will say "Your baby is 5 months!" but when I click to read the article, it opens the article for 6 months so I've missed all the information for how old my son actually is. Please fix this and I'd happily rate 5 stars!
