I want to love Circle. But when I was tracking nursing, if I left Circle it CONSTANTLY cleared the data, and when I went in to stop the feed, it was gone and I was left wondering what time we started so I could manually enter it. Ended up downloading a different app for tracking newborns.

Circle works the first day you install it, then every other time you open it the loading screen shows but Circle doesn’t open. The only way to get it to work is to delete Circle and redownload it, but it only works for the first day again. I contacted support a couple months ago but it’s still not fixed.

Never responds. Constantly freezes. Have shut down my phone, reinstalled Circle , and tried to just be patient, but to no avail.

This used to be a useful app, but since the update I have never made it past the welcome screen — Circle hangs, displays an empty page, etc.

Button in registration form doesn’t work.

I love the idea of Circle. And when I’ve been able to access it, it’s been great. But it’s stuck on the logo/splash screen 90% of the time. I think I get into it once every three weeks. I wish they’d actually address and fix app availability issues before pushing updates with reported “new features”.

I like the info in Circle . But 9 out of 10 times that I go to open it, it won’t open. I end up having to delete it from my phone, download it again and log in to make it work.
Definitely something needs to be fixed

I'm excited I get to try Circle! It's a fun way for Swedish to get patients more involved in their care. I like having a personalized app for my pregnancy from my care provider.

One bug I found is that after linking my MyChart, two appointments that I canceled still show up in my upcoming appointments in Circle, even though I checked to make sure they don't show up in MyChart online.

I love all the personalized content that comes through! Also super cool that I can log in with MyChart.

So happy that Swedish offers this great app.

Helps answer the question "is this normal" all along the way

I enjoy the gentle reminders that don’t inundate my phone. The development info is fun to read and informative without getting too in depth that I ideally interest. I also love how it’s tied to my upcoming appointments and the to do reminders are great and practical.

I like that it links to mychart and shows all your upcoming appointments. Also like how it has links to articles.
