2 months agoI end trip car number AUH 10 51671 in karama centre opposite car parking I forget my bag in car.i make end trip also so asap plss contact my friend bag is that he is staying in near to that location his number is 0504894035 he try to connect u whats app and ur number also call but not response his all documents in that car so asap try to call him and give the bag thank you he is waiting for ur response

2 years agoBetter to take taxi instead of ekar. I took ekar for a 7km ride. it cost me 51.50 dhs ( 5 dhs as cleaning charge for each trip; and they are not cleaning in between each trip. 14 dhs for pay per minute. Then 30 dhs extra as decline fee - payment was not successful first time, may be because of network issues or bank issues). If i took taxi it will be around 20 dhs for that trip. now it cost me 51.50 dhs for 7 km trip.

Scammers that steal money
They have in purpose mande Apple Pay fail! Please Apple review this app and remove it from the AppStore! These people and company are scammers!!! They are stealing people’s money, they trick Apple Reviwers to say they accept Apple Pay, but in the App they force it to fail and for e people to add their own cards, so they can directly charge whatever and whenever they want. They charge u disputed fines, they charge other people consumption and their scammer company run without a Customer Support team that people has no way to reclaim their money back!! Please Apple, shut down this scammer company and remove their app from the AppStore for going against the guidelines!!!

They don’t care
Used the service once and after locking the car they block my account because they couldn’t make the debit card debit???? Now I have to pay 30 DHS penalty for not been able to pay with the card (as they said) when I told them the issue they tried again and went through but STILL banned and asked to pay. Wrote several emails but they just don’t care about clients.

Worst car ever in UAE
Faulty app, full of bugs ! App pay option is available but it doesn’t go through and then it charged me 30aed penalty ! Had to call customer service for everything ! Document verification is old and slow. Error while closing the booking and had to call customer service again. All this time was on customer ! Avoid at all costs.
