I can’t even start how many problems i had with this company. I hope one day they will just disappear from my view. The service is HORRIBLE like i never faced a service that bad. please please if you don’t want to get your money stolen just don’t download this app and run as far as you can. Update : They said they can’t see my name in their data base those people are lying then my comment is not taken seriously. I can’t answer to their answer but what they dont know is that i can update my review. It is impossible that they can’t find my name lol. It’s not my type to give a bad review but those people deserve it so much. Never never use this app or use it one time and see how much it is bad guys.

Worst app I have ever used!! they make you charge huge amount of money for cleaning fee when the cars are always very dirty.(around 50AED) and over fees that are not comprehensive!! It cost at lot of money for no actually reasons... A JOKE!! better off getting a taxi!!! Don’t use this app!!

They charged me more than 4,000.00 AED for a small crack in front bumper... I was using ekar services for a couple of months now, everything was good till I bumped a car, I still believe it’s not my mistake, but since it was from the back I’m faulty, and here the worst @ekar experience start, First they charged me 1700,00 Aed they said it’s administrative fee , after one month they charged me again 2347 Aed, for a very small crack in the front bumper, It’s cheaper than a taxi But small accident they will absorb all your money, I’m not the only victim, so many other drivers had been victimized by this company read their review in Ekar Facebook page. Better rent for a whole day from other companies and insure yourself or be a victim... 🤬😡😡😡
