With all the “great” reviews I bought CookieManagement before I could even see if it was good for just a family. Which it is not! It is great for a troop and terrible options for a family. Wish I could get a refund and delete all of my info. I can not re-edit some things, it will not let me delete my account all together. Very frustrating...

I purchased CookieManagement and entered information. Now CookieManagement is not working and the developer’s website is down and there is no way to reach them. CookieManagement states, “An error occurred fetching your information from the server. Please check your internet connection and try again.” It has been like this for a couple of hours and my internet connection is fine. Makes me wonder are they phishing? How do we reach the developer to let him know his site is down and CookieManagement doesn’t work??

Paid $1.99 for a personal account.
The reports are useless as they do not update when you put in a sale - so I still have to keep track myself. I do like that I can at least input sales to save for later but I could just as easily use my free notes app for that.

CookieManagement is great and very cost effective. It is $6 to use CookieManagement for the troop but it is WORTH IT! I would love to see (and also pay for) a meeting/troop management app that is similar and works in tandem with the cookie management app. I will use this again next year for sure!

CookieManagement was extremely helpful for this first time GS Mom. The inventory function was great. I paid for the family account.

I just wish it could sync with the apps the GS’s use.

I struggled for four years creating a plethora of different spreadsheets to do everything that CookieManagement does for me, digitally. I signed my troop up for the 2017 season and instantly saw the value in it, although I didn’t fully utilize it because there was so much that it could do that I couldn’t quite figure out, although CookieManagement developer was quick to respond to my questions with patience. I’m glad I stuck with it, however. When I went to reregister my troop for the 2018 season I saw that the developer had created a Cookie Management website with TONS of helpful user instructional videos. Everything became instantly clear! We are one week into cookie season and not only am I using it to track inventory for both my troop and my own daughter, but this year my daughter is using it for booth sales as well, and it is WONDERFUL!! I could go into great detail about all of the cool things that CookieManagement can do but you can find all of the videos for them online now! Some of my moms who did not use CookieManagement last year are having the same first-time-user struggles that I did, but that is to be expected when you’re new to it. Be patient and stick with this amazing tool!! (I only wish our Council recognized the signatures so that I didn’t still have to carry around that blasted little receipt book!) The only thing that could possibly make CookieManagement any better would be if GSUSA could partner with the developer to fully legitimize it.

So helpful for keeping track of cookie sales, inventory, transfers, etc. Great communication from developer when I had trouble opening CookieManagement during peak cookie sales, he got me up and running quickly and easily. Thank you!

I can’t get over CookieManagement!! As a first year troop and wide-eyed troop leader with an ambitious Girl Scout, I thought I was going to drown in papers and spreadsheets! You’ve saved my cookie year! My co-leader is amazing!!! She found CookieManagement and invited me to use it. Seriously, wow! Love love love!!!

This is my 5th year using CookieManagement and the updates keep getting better. I wish CookieManagement “talked” to Digital Cookie, but the benefits are amazing for inventory management and troop management.

CookieManagement comes in handy when out and about selling cookies and at booths. I’m so glad we can do a troop account for the booths. But we need to have email optional, not all our customers have an email and we can’t bypass it. It would be a lot easier with a credit card swipe.

I do not buy apps, but after struggling with cookie season and balancing booths and things not balancing, I decided to try CookieManagement. It’s AMAZING. My full troop hasn’t completely converted but as the TCM this has been my life saver at cookie booth inventory tracking.

I don’t think I’ve ever been more obsessed with an app before... we’ve sold nearly 2,000 boxes of cookies (our family personally) which is more than the entire 15-girl troop combined... we honestly couldn’t have & wouldn’t have been able to accomplish that without CookieManagement. It has made cookie season super fun & extremely manageable. CookieManagement is/ was worth every penny (and so much more). I would strongly recommend it! Everyone I know who’s tried it so far has absolutely loved using it. It’s super user friendly and makes logging & organizing orders, booths, & pickups surprisingly fun & super easy. Can’t say enough good things!! Plus the customer service was outstanding, amazingly helpful, personable, & attentive... please give this fantastic app a try for your next Girl Scout cookie season!

Last year’s cookie season was my first and I didn’t know about CookieManagement then. It was a hot mess!

Then I heard about CookieManagement in a cookie mom’s Facebook app and decided to give it a shot. Best decision ever! It keeps all my inventory counts, orders, transfers, and money received straight.

Parents have really appreciated having email receipts for cookie and cash exchanges. It’s great for me to be able to get phone out and instantly know all my daughter’s customer’s orders and inventory on hand.

I almost screwed everything up by deleting my own admin account in CookieManagement , but I sent an email to the support email address and they fixed it WITHIN SECONDS!!

Even if you’re not the troop cookie manager, as a Girl Scout parent, CookieManagement will help you so much. I can’t recommend it enough!!

This is the best Girl Scout Cookie app! I have used it for 5 years, the last 4 as a TCM. I appreciate the apps ability to track booth sales, individual sales and each girls progress. I also appreciate that the developer is so responsive and helpful. He has even taken suggestions I’ve made and incorporated them into CookieManagement which is awesome! I don’t think there is a better app for tracking Girl Scout cookie sales out there and it is worth every penny!

I reached out to CookieManagement developer about a question I had and he responded back within 12 hours. CookieManagement has already made managing my daughter’s inventory so simple, I can easily see what we have in stock as we’re walking around the neighborhood. This is our first year and I feel like we are so efficient! GSA of NA you really should partner with CookieManagement developer on this. It’s absolutely amazing!

This is my third season using CookieManagement and I happily pay $6 each season because it is worth every single penny. I am cookie manager to 2 troops and I can seamlessly switch between the 2 troops. I also use it to keep track of both of my daughters personal orders. The ABC app is so clunky and doesn’t make my life easier like CookieManagement does. I just input everything I need to into ABC at the end of the season from all the info I have stored here. Trust me it will save your life and keep you organized during this hectic time!

This is a great app. It’s up to date with the cookie types and how cookie sales are run and flexible in how it can be used. It’s really useful for both record keeping at home and entering on the go information. And the satay can be exported with simple emails. Very very useful! Definitely get it!

And when I got stuck on something and emailed a grumpy grouchy complaint, I got a super polite, helpful email back that sent me to the super helpful how to videos that told me how to do what I thought CookieManagement couldn’t do (which turned out to be trivially easy). I was embarrassed at my own grumpy email. So kuddos and thanks for the polite and helpful email correcting me and helping me figure it out!

This is my 6th year using CookieManagement and I can honestly say it is worth every penny each year! The developer has been incredibly helpful with answering my questions and has even implemented some of my ideas! From what I understand, he is a dad of a Girl Scout and saw his wife (who was a leader to a troop of up to 30 girls and cookie mom) struggling with keeping cookie season organized, so he created an app to help her out! All I can say is, without CookieManagement, I’d be totally lost!! My daughter has CookieManagement on her phone and can take orders at any time. It’s so great that i can track her progress as she takes orders. I love CookieManagement and will use it every single year until she finishes with Girl Scouts.

Love CookieManagement! Such a life saver trying to keep track of online, in-person, booth etc for my Girl Scout!
