I have tried several different ways, several times, over the past few weeks to get in connect with some kind of help/support/customer service, and I have not heard back from anybody.

When I first started using BabyStory, at the beginning of my pregnancy, I loved it. I even coughed up the $6.99 to unlock all the stickers. But about a month ago, everything went back to saying that it needed to be unlocked and I needed to pay again to have access to everything. I tried contacting the company through Instagram and email, because I could not find any type of support through BabyStory itself. I have not heard back from a single person. I tried emailing and messaging on Instagram, both, multiple times. I am not paying for the same thing twice, especially for something with crappy customer service.

I am being induced tomorrow so I will have lots of pictures soon, and I will definitely not being using BabyStory for anything. My opinion of them as done a 180 degree turn and I would not recommend them at all.

At first I really enjoyed BabyStory because it helped to track the mile stones that were happening. I downloaded it around 17 weeks and have been using it since. However at about 22 weeks it deleted everything from my storyline which was annoying but I was able to redo it. I logged in and had it to where it said it should save the data. Well we are at 29 weeks and it has completely deleted everything again. Now I can’t remember when all these milestones occurred and it makes me very sad that I don’t have any record of it anymore. I knew I should have went with a paper copy but every one told me digital was the way to go. Terrible experience so far.

I’d love to be able to send a message to the developer directly but there doesn’t appear to be any way to do that. So here it is. I love the options of BabyStory. It’s perfect for what it is, I even paid for the upgrade so I could have all the stickers available. I’ve been looking forward to this as a means to track my pregnancy.

Except every single time I try to create a picture and add stickers, it crashes and I lose all the time I put into creating a picture. I want to use BabyStory and I paid money to upgrade, but it is virtually useless to me right now since it is so unreliable about saving. Even if I save as I go, it will crash when I try to export to my camera roll and opening BabyStory again my picture is gone. I would love if this could be fixed. Please fix this problem on BabyStory !

I love how I can have my baby’s album at my fingertips. I love all the stickers and backgrounds. It really makes it easy to put everything in one place.

Cons: However, the one thing that I don’t like is that the album can’t be saved to my phone or shared to others to look at. It also seems the only way I have access to it now is if I renew my subscription. You need to have a share/save option and the ability to access it for a lifetime not just when you subscribe. If I’m missing something please clarify. Thank you.

BabyStory is no longer working. And I’m so frustrated because I’m pregnant and I love BabyStory! I’ve been tracking every milestone with it and have a made purchases and for a month now I’ve been having the worst issues with BabyStory.

BabyStory won’t open so I have to download it again, if I’m lucky the first time it’ll start working. Or, I have to re download it 2-3 more times. It’ll start working if I sit there and wait for it to get it together. And then it’ll force close on me! Leaving me to delete BabyStory and reinstall in AGAIN! I just want it to work the first time I open it. I have to reinstall it every time I want to use it, and hope that it works...😰

I’ve had BabyStory for quite some time. It’s nice for pictures, however, there is little to no place to change notification settings. When i first downloaded BabyStory like 2 years ago, apparently i set it up for a child (just to see how BabyStory works). I’ve since went in and added my child that is due and it still sends me notifications for the previous set up. And there is no way to change it! It’s so aggravating!! Stickers are abundant, and i do appreciate that since I’ve paid for unlimited. Just wish there were more options for notifications and other changes.

I loved BabyStory, I’ve used it ever since we got pregnant and now I planned to continue to use it as my son grows. However, I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 because after recently upgrading my phone to the iPhone X I can no longer share my photos with Instagram like I normally would. This phone has a drop down menu on the right corner and the battery icon. The “Next” button to post a picture on Instagram is also located on the top right corner. It isn’t registering that I am pressing the “Next” button. If there’s anyway to go around that I’d love so help, if not I guess I’ll be looking for a new app to use for pictures of my sons milestone.

Dear baby story developers,
I used to really like BabyStory and it worked perfectly before. However, 3 days ago I updated BabyStory to it’s newest version and I start to having troubles. One biggest issue is that I can no longer save the pictures to the camera roll, nor can I share via Twitter, instagram, Facebook or email. It is also not saved in the baby story app either. Basically I cannot save the picture to anywhere in any format. When I click “save” or “share”, the function button just keep jiggling but doesn’t really do anything. Please fix the issue.

Absolutely love BabyStory and all the features I even paid (which I never do for apps) to have the full version however when trying to save to my camera roll after I have been working on it for a while it says “rendering” and BabyStory crashes and closes. It’s so frustrating because you lose everything you have been working on and have to start over. Please help and get this resolved because right now I can’t use BabyStory unless I screenshot and try to crop the “save” out of it.

I love BabyStory! I started using it when I was 13 weeks pregnant. My daughter is now 3 months old. I feel like every time I flip through the different images, I find a new one that I didn’t see before. It’s very user friendly and I have fun creating the different “stories”.

I have two suggestions, however.
1. A search option for an image: I wanted to find an image that said “Hi there” and after looking on the pages I suspected it to be on and jot finding it, I spent a ton of time flipping through every page, scrolling from top to bottom. If the images could be “cataloged” in some way so searching for an imagine was an option, it would just make BabyStory that much quicker to use.

2. A mirror image option for the images: I realize a lot of the images are words and numbers so it wouldn’t make sense for those images to be mirror imaged, but some of the doodles would be nice to have it flipped.

I have never had any major problems with BabyStory. It consistently works well. BabyStory has a pretty good selection of doodles and text for different occasions. It also allows you to add any text and change the font, position, and color of it. It could use some more color doodles (there’s only one tab of “color emojis”).

My biggest complaint is I want the ability to switch out the photo without starting over completely.

I did experience one glitch - BabyStory allowed me to change the color of one of the pre-colored designs, but it reverted back when I saved it.

I have been using BabyStory to do my daughters monthly pictures as well as other little projects and it’s great they have so much to choose from and you can basically do whatever you need or want to with your pics (I paid to upgrade to get everything) but even if you don’t they still have enough to keep you going without paying if you don’t want to!! The ONLY issue I’m having is whenever it takes me a while to finish the project meaning I’m actively working on a pic for more then 20 mins when I get done it says error saving and can’t save and then shuts down by itself without saving and I have to go back and redo the whole thing! It has happened to me twice now!! I have tried other apps but this is the first one I found that actually lets me size and input txt and color and pics and the whole shebang for free! I love BabyStory I just really need them to get it together and save when I’m done and not crash cuz I was working for a bit!

I really like BabyStory. I used it all through my pregnancy this time and now I'm using it with my newborn (just one month). I will keep using it for monthly pictures, and various other things. It has a lot of great options (stickers, fonts, filters) for free, and additional options if you want to pay. I like that you can buy specific sets of additional stickers for $0.99 or $1.99. I'm more likely to do that than spend $5 to have all of them.

I got BabyStory after I was confirmed pregnant to document my pregnancy week by week with the fun clip art and different things you can add to a photo. I went through a lot trying to conceive my child and ended up going through IVF so I wanted to make sure I documented everything for my little miracle man. BabyStory is super user friendly and really isn’t a bad investment as it pays off during pregnancy and postpartum as your child grows as well. Now my son is 8 months old and I do an updated photo of him every month using this so I can add it to social media so my friends and family can see how my son is growing. I love that I can completely personalize it however I choose to highlight such important milestones. This is a great app and I highly suggest it!

Love BabyStory! They have plenty of stickers. I'm giving only four stars because I wish they gave you an option to search for a certain sticker/saying/date instead you have to scroll through everything. I still think it's a great app and definitely recommend. I like how they send me notifications telling me how many days my baby is, which is an option if you don't want to be sent notifications. Thumbs up

I love BabyStory is super cute and easy to use. I love the fact that it gives you free doodles and for additional ones you can purchase them for an affordable price. It’s worth it for those parents that are super creative and love doing fun stuff with your kids photos, like I do. The only thing I’m a little disappointed with is the fact that it doesn’t have an option to doodle on a original photo size, but I can still work around that. They should put an option where you can use the original photo size. Anyways great app

I am enjoying BabyStory. I paid for the additional stickers however I'm not sure if it's worth the $5.99. It's needs more variety. It seems there is another app that has more color options for the stickers and cuter designs. It definitely needs more stickers variety and picture border frames as well. It would be even better if we could create collage/layouts right in BabyStory as well.

It would also be good to have folders within BabyStory that allows u to seperate out belly, baby, and a folder for each different child.

So I want to say, I really do love BabyStory! I paid the extra $6.99 to get access to all the stickers which I felt was worth it. I really like how the ‘Color Fruits’ looked for my weekly bump photo, expect for the fact they’re super off on size! For example, Week 22 in all other apps and in the other two sticker collections, Baby is the size of a Papaya. In the color fruit collection, it’s a tomato, making it two weeks behind what it’s supposed to be. All of the weeks are like this. It seems extremely stupid and annoying that they don’t match up. Please fix this!

Love BabyStory, and recommend it makes times to friends...but I had to rebuy the “extra” stickers after a year. No warning, just all of a sudden I couldn’t access all the stickers I previously used. I feel that you should only have to but the in-app purchases once.

If I was going to give a recommendation on how to improve BabyStory it would be on how the stickers are organized. There is a lot of scrolling and there are drop down boxes, but sometimes there are topics that aren’t found under the logical titles. For example there’s a topic “hearts” but tons of hearts are listed under “deco.”

I've looked around for A LOT of apps that adds texts and stickers to pictures. Most have large watermarks or barely anything free, but BabyStory just has so much!! I'm not even pregnant/have a baby, but I can use BabyStory for just so much anyway! This is by far my favorite of all the other apps. Drawbacks are that it's not entirely free, but I fee like it's still worth the download, and you can buy the extra stuff in bits and pieces, so it is cheaper if you find something you like. All in all a wonderful app.
