Hola buenos días quiero informar que desde el 2 de mayo de este año 2023 he tenido problemas para ingresar a mi cuenta de BI SmartLINK, ya son 4 registros los que he perdido por este inconveniente, cuando intento ingresar a mi cuenta dice usuario o contraseña incorrecta, lo vuelvo a intentar muchas veces y siempre es lo mismo,luego doy a la opción cambiar contraseña y me dice cuenta no encontrada,realmente estoy desesperada necesito una repuesta por favor 😔🥺😓😭

Desde hace 2 martes no recibo mensaje para tomarme la foto de inmigracion, al colocar usuario y contraseña solo dice USUARIO O CONTRASEÑA NO VALIDA. Es problema de Bi Smartlink o es que ICE ya elimino el envío de mi foto, tengo casi 7 meses en EEUU y a la mayoría le suspenden el envío de la foto a los 6 meses pero no recibido correo o mensaje de ICE como es costumbre. I just spoke with an immigrant friend who recently arrived to the US and was given a phone with the SmartLINK app. It, however, doesn't appear too smart because it's asking for login information that he does not have. ICE does not give login in information or a customer service number for this app. How can they receive help? I see it's a common issue from the other posters.

Typing and picture problems

When you’re trying and go past two lines it doesn’t scroll down so you can see what your typing on third row or more. Also when you have to check in with a picture you get five tries and every time it only accepts the last one. Pictures are difficult to get the app to accept.

Terrible app

I go to do my weekly check ins(7am mondays) I even have alarms on my phone set up for that exact time and day and all my location services are on as well as notifications and background app refresh! They’re telling my the location isn’t showing

Problems

Does not work in the dark. To take a picture you have to turn the lights on. The notifications are so low volume, a mosquito is louder than it. Please fix these issues. Can’t keep missing check ins. Defeats the purpose.
