the worst customer service I ever had in my entire life. They scammed me. I booked a flight through them and they keep giving me the wrong reservation number. When I go to the airplane web and I enter the reservation number they gave me, my reservation number never came up on the airline web. I tried to contact the customer service to get the right reservation number or refund, and they kept sending me the wrong reservation number until they stopped responding back to me. I lost my money but I learned my lesson, and I hope I can help others before they go through what I went through

I used this third party app to book my flight from HCM to Hanoi. Airpaz messed up the name order and put the last names as first and first names as last. This caused me to have to pay a fee to fix it.

Scam! Got a price and at checkout they always increased price

I chose a seat which cost me 460 pesos, but after clicking pay, the receipt showed that they had added 4,000+ pesos for “agency payment” SCAM! AVOID THIS AIRLINE! I don’t even know if my tickets are legit yet! NO ONE TO TALK TO ABOUT IT EITHEE! Absolute scam.

Not sure how Google flights connect but it is a scam book direct with the airlines or you will regret it

They took all my money and canceled my tickets. They didn’t give me my refund and I reported it fraud with my bank and they sent them fake proof

This company is a big fraud!! I booked the air ticket and till now I didnt receive my ticket there is no way you can reach customer support!! All the ratings in Airpaz is also fake one looks like.

I booked through Airpaz and they emailed me that my refund was successful. I tried contacting them and emailed them and they still haven’t replied. I still did not get my money back from them. Worst experience

Beware of this company. The dates changed when I submitted my flight request then defaulted to a different date. When I submitted a change request right after that, they tried to charge me more than the original flight cost without refunding the ticket, so basically they tried to make pay for 2 tickets. When asked to refund the ticket they said it wasn’t eligible. So I’ve wound up eating the cost of the ticket and trying to submit a credit card claim through AMEX.

I have proof that the airline canceled because this app made a mistake when booking the flights. Even with proof, they are not giving me the money. I called the airline and was told that this app already received the FULL refund. Yet this app comes up with the stupid excuse of, not part of policy airline. Doesn’t make sense because the airline itself already made the refund.

I recommend you to book a flight from the arilines official website or another trustwd app than Airpaz, Airpaz is scam. I book a flight and they canceled it with no reason and told me that they already refund my money but I haven’t receive my money back. Thank you for stole my money. I’ll keep try to work on this case.

this app is poor. They advertise a discount to download and register in Airpaz .
Then when you try to use the discount there is a minimum purchase requirement. This is not listed anywhere. Not on the ad, not in Airpaz , not online.
Don’t fall for this trap.

When you contact customer service they break off contact without solving the problem. Three times in a row.

Well my first experience

Go through and now 5 hours later I get a form email that says my order is being refunded and only available at a higher price through them. I called their 24 hour service and waiting while to recording said I was first in line before being dropped after 15 minute. Repeated the process and same thing. No ail and the form does not have the options I need to get this resolved. My
Advice is don’t use this service.

DO NOT TRUST Airpaz OR THE WEBSITE!

I was booking a flight on it. The listed price was cheaper than the one on the airline website. However, a processing fee was added at checkout which made the price almost the same as the airline one.

But since I had gone so far, I chose to go with it. Then after 1 day, I got an email saying a refund was processed. No reason was provided. I had to book it again from the airline and the price already went up.

Another minor thing, there is no place to enter known traveler number.

I don’t think it has the ability to reserve a flight or keep customers updated on the status.

Just don’t use it. Spend a little more for the reliability on other legitimate booking sites.

I booked wrong with passport country and I asked help to change it again even with charges. They didn’t let me change for no reason and this is the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. I will never book from Airpaz anymore. 25000yen is expensive for me. I wanted to meet with my family and bought the ticket from Airpaz. They didn’t let me change passport country. Never ever use Airpaz please. WORST APP

Not easy to reschedule flights it’s very complicated

I would recommend going directly with airlines as these third party companies will end up taking your money but can’t change your connection flights if you have a leg of your flight cancelled. Customer service is there but extremely long wait times and not very helpful. That app itself does work but not for refunds or to see cost of changing flights.
