I downloaded the live home 3D and as soon as I started designing my home a notification popped up for the live home 3D PRO. Stating that the live home 3d v.s. PRO doesn’t save your design. So I downloaded Pro (purchase twice) still have both of them o... Show more n my screen and there is nothing new nor different about the PRO app just a rip off of 20 bucks for the same crap that’s free and might I add u can save your file on the regular one so that was a lie. So after I’m $40 dollars in the hole and have no clue how to be reimbursed I decided to just continue building on the apps and now both of them keep glitching. There’s something wrong with both apps for they have deleted all my savings. Then once I start again it freezes and kicks me out constantly. I assumed it was possibly a phone technicality so I went on my computer and what do u know I’m having the same problem there aswell. I would really love my money back for this crap. It def wasn’t worth my time. I won’t lie at first I loved it but then I realized the PRO Is just the same as the other one and then it started to have problems.

I truly loved this app. But then I went to continue my house that I was working on for weeks, and everything was white on 2D and everything was the sky color on 3D. I spent hours trying to spin around trying to find the house (in which I was very proud of). Luckily, I already screen shouted what I ... Show more had done so I could start again. That time, everything I drew turned into a roof but the creator had emailed me why this was happening. Me, being as inpatient as I usually am, already deleted the house. Then I gave it one more shot and when I added the second floor, in 2D nothing was there but my house was still in 3D. I clicked undo and the second floor disappeared as if should have, but the problem has not been fixed. I am not going to be inpatient and delete it yet, but is there anything I can do to recover my house? I love this app and I just want to be able to continue my house. Besides the problems, this app is the best I have ever owned.

This could be the coolest app for creating your own floor plans and designs but it isn’t worth the price at all! I read the reviews and viewed some how to videos but it is cumbersome to create and share your ideas with this app. I would not recommend this unless it is updated to be more intuitive a... Show more nd user-friendly.

I received a reply from the developers that basically said it is used and loved by everyone including kids. (Translation: you’re unintelligent) and how do they know that? Because the completely honest and non incentivized ratings tell us that!!
Oh, I get it now. Let me go ahead and change my rating to reflect every one else’s experience!!! I wasn’t given additional information that might improve my experience because the app is perfect as-is. Got it. The developers also won’t use my honest feedback to improve accessibility. I am apparently not intelligent enough to understand this truly 5-star 20$ gem of a ripoff.
