Cannot change or update your password and the link for Forgot Password, doesn’t allow you to create a new password. Ridiculous 🤬
Tried to login and told me my password failed even though I knew it from having to update it literally 10 minutes prior.

It won't let me login, says my password is wrong. Went on to the ticket web website on my computer and my password is correct.
CheckIn has a feature to type your barcodes number but how is that possible? I don’t see numbers from a black colored box and I can’t view my ticket.
CheckIn is horrible. Not worth registering for in order to use because one cannot even login after installing. There are two positive reviews on CheckIn and I was mystified how these two folks got to that point.
Can log in with my desktop password to CheckIn …. FAIL 😂

You can’t sign in and you can’t load an event you have purchased. Waste of time!
Like many other users, I cannot login to view my tickets. The latest update as of August 22, 2023 has not fixed the problem.
I can login to the TicketWeb website, but not CheckIn.
This is perfect for scanning in attendees to our events at our venue! No more will call for us and quick scanning to get people in. A+!
