CatchApp Meeting Scheduler Reviews

I almost never write reviews of apps and, frankly, this is the first time I’m finding myself effusively promoting a new app! If you don’t have a staff person to manage your calendar and to schedule your meetings, you need CatchAppMeetingScheduler.
My work has me meeting 1-to-1 and in groups almost all day long every weekday ... after a couple of glitches at the start (resolved with the help of tech-support within an hour or two) Catchapp has been a lifesaver and a huge timesaver!
And it’s free!!!

I have been so impressed by the tentativeness of the company. They are SUPER quick to respond if I have any questions... which I had a lot throughout the day. They are based in the UK which is really great that they still respond during their late hours.

CatchAppMeetingScheduler is easy to use. And people I invite don’t seem to have any issues accepting or choosing the times I give them to meet.

Did I mention that CatchAppMeetingScheduler is FREE! CatchAppMeetingScheduler is perfect for anyone on a budget with their business. Small businesses this would be great for you!!

If you are confused about a feature or feel there needs to be a feature added/changed to make something easier, just reach out to the company and they are more than willing to listen and help!!

I wanted to like this; the concept is certainly intriguing, and set-up was easy, with no having to set up an account with password or any of that mishygoss.

It has two major fatal flaws, however, that are deal breakers.

First, it only works with iCal, Google Calendar, and Outlook, and I don’t actually use any of the three except iCal solely as a pass-thru to Pocket Informant for events that can be exported from online, just so I don’t have to manually input them. iCal does not contain anywhere near my full schedule, though. CatchApp also added itself as a new Calendar in iCal that I had to manually delete. For various reasons, I have far too many calendars already, which causes me enough issues. The last thing I need is yet another one added to the mix.

Second, and worst of all, it requires that you actually upload *all* of your contacts to their servers, which they characterize as “heavily encrypted.”

Uh, nope, no way, not in this lifetime or the next.

I deleted CatchAppMeetingScheduler immediately.

I've been following the developer of CatchAppMeetingScheduler and I'm impressed by the progress. They've turned a great idea into an elegant app that beautifully solves the problem of scheduling your personal and business meetings. The user experience is way better than any scheduling solution I've tried!

I’m not the most organized when it comes to a million different tasks I have to do for work.. catchapp has made it super easy to stay organized. I’d highly recommend over other apps!

I like CatchAppMeetingScheduler and it works for my needs for now. It does have a lot of potential though and I can’t wait for any upcoming app updates. The simplicity and snappiness gets my job done in seconds.

I already used this brand new app a few time and it is very fast and easy to arrange professional and private meetings with multiple time slots options and sync it smoothly with my phone and laptop calendar. Congrats to the developers!

Really enjoying CatchAppMeetingScheduler ! The team is very responsive in helping out to make life easier. Now that they have a video conference option which is really neat and easy to use. Love it!

It has truly been a game changer for me. First off just being able to schedule a couple of different times so we can all meet is absolutely fantastic. Love CatchAppMeetingScheduler. Keep adding.

I love how easy this is to send out group invites, allowing them to select the best time for them and respond without downloading CatchAppMeetingScheduler .

I schedule a lot of meetings for work, so I was excited to try CatchAppMeetingScheduler. Big disappointment. The calendar interface is horrible. It refreshes every few seconds, the Today button does nothing, and it put Columbus Day on both Oct 14 and 15 (I didn’t know we celebrate Columbus Day two days in a row!). I uninstalled because if it can’t get the calendar interface right, I can’t trust it to do anything else. Nice try, devs. Sad! (iPhone 11 Pro Max / 13.1.2)

I like some of the scheduling features of CatchAppMeetingScheduler and had hoped to use it in lieu of Doodle, but too many clients don’t get the email request because it’s in their spam file or can’t use the link because their network blocks it.

I have deleted it from my phone and asked Doodle to add some of the scheduling features from this tool.

Hello you’re asking me to contact you via CatchAppMeetingScheduler for help, how does that make any sense at all if I can’t get pass the loading the calendar screen to get to a place to contact you????

I start CatchAppMeetingScheduler and it gets hung up on the loading calendar screen, I’ve shut it down, removed it and same experience - what do I do to remedy this? I’m on an iPhone 6s v.12.4

Massively useful scheduling app. Simple and effective way to avoid the time consuming back and forth...

Very easy to use, just set up a call with no emails needing to be sent!

Never received my pin code yet , guess its only supports few regions

Can’t get past the setup page where I’ll put in my email address and it says to enter a valid email. I’ve tried 3 different email addresses. Junky app when you can’t even sign up.

It won’t let me proceed because it thinks my email address is invalid. Doesn’t say why. Promptly deleted.
