Received Tenuto 2 yesterday order# MSMD52519. After physically seeing it, it is not what I envisioned. I would like to return it And receive my refund.
I recently purchased a Tenuto 2 and a remote control. We can not get the Tenuto 2 and the Remote sync. I have not been able to contact a real person to have a conversation.
Your return policy states that the seal must be unbroken. It also states that they know all bodies are not the same and they offer a 30-day return. How can I examine the product if I can't break the seal? This make no sense and seems to be a way to avoid returning a product that is not as advertised. Please respond to my request ASAP.
The Tenuto 2 is not a good fit for me. I am requesting a return/refund. Please send a RMA so I can return asap. 9032453828

This is ridiculous. I can’t leave the app? Or if my screen just locks it loses connection??? I have to fiddle with the vibrator buttons to reconnect if I want to change patterns. Don’t call this a connected app if it has this many issues. VERY, VERY ANNOYED
The number one feature is the number one problem.

I can’t use the app because, every time I try to open it, it crashes. I just re-downloaded so it’s not because of an old version.
