Summary of Basket Problems 🔥

- Have to select the brand of eggs first.

- No price comparison unless you look up different products for each different store individually.

- Cannot ask what a pound of steak tips is and simply see the various options in a list.

- Cannot crunch the whole shopping list for you.

- Glitch where whenever user logs-in, they receive an “Oops. . . Sorry but. . .” message.

I am unable to log in on your app due to some server issue. Very frustrating, especially since customer service links seem nonexistant on the app. How are your app users supposed to get help with issues they encounter? I hope someone can help me with the signing in process, which is no longer working for me. Also, why is it even necessary to sign in once I’ve downloaded the app?

The basket app constantly crashes. No matter what I do and no matter what I try.The app is unstable and it will only install and will not perform or run properly once installed. I think the developers need to spend a couple of million dollars in upgrading the features and evaluating the security and functionality glitches in and of the app.

I'm having the same issue as others have posted. I downloaded the app and clicked to open. I clicked on "Ready, Set, Save!" and the next screen flashed (too quick to read) and the app shut down.
