App keeps crashing while tyring to sync ! Its just very frustrating ...

Not only does the app do nothing, the main platform is a complete bug ridden disaster. There are few employees that care. It’s super political it appears with no one wanting to stick heads up to say “this is broke, we need to fix it.” For fear of the owners wrath in Singapore.
Thats the Only reason I can think of for the complete lack of progress or plan to progress on the basic software package. Let me review what trade gecko DOES NOT DO.
track your inventory when you are running fba to amazon. They say it does. I can prove and have proven in 100s of examples that it simply doesn’t work.
Handle returns. You should ask your sales guy about that. They’re not even aware but tgecko does not address returns. you have to put them in manually. As everyone knows returns are about 5% of e-commerce sales, thus the whole platform is always gonna be incorrect.
It’s not just returns it’s any inventory movements outside of a straight sales order. they don’t recognize reimbursements damaged goods, lost returns, returns of any form. incorrect receiving at fba. On your own!
So you’re constantly needing to re-sync the platform in order to keep it in line with the FBA. Not the end of the world but you shouldn’t have to do it.it should work- all they need to do is address it in the API and add the business logic.
And of course don’t forget the standard supply chain software first year bait and switch. They bring you in at a 20% discount rate on annual contract. Then they try and get you with 50 bucks here 50 bucks there of extras that you forgot to negotiate for like additional users or the ability to have multiple brand documentation. there will be an extra $25. And then the next year comes around and you’re paying 800+ a month because they re-done their entire scale and 430 is now 800 and you still don’t have the software working right as returns and everyone other thing outside of a vanilla sales order are not in the count.
I am shocked more users are not aware of these gaps. they claim to have 200,000 installed base. How can 200,000 peoples inventory be that far off.......... support is a joke. Basically consists of you writing endless emails to someone that has no understanding of your business and barely working knowledge of the software. You get frustrated and end up dropping the issue. That’s a support works.
Only thing this company has going for it is a guy named Shane. He gets it.
