Securus Status

Hi! I have been using JPay for the last year and now it’s telling me I have to connect my account with Securus and when I try to add my email it tells me there’s an error. Please assist

Can't buy stamps can't put money on my account for him to call me been three days now getting upset with this app not working at all keeps saying error but there fast to take that money though

I can see my own image but the audio and video of the partner are severely distorted. Couldn't hear or see my partner due to severe noise and "snow".

App wont open at all First error in network Now won’t open

I have had an account for years and now when try to log in I get "Error: you have entered an invalid username and password. Please try again." I get this error on multiple devices. I tried requesting a new password and it says email not found.

It’s not letting me add funds at all. I tried it on the mobile app as well as the computer and it keeps saying there’s a connection problem even though have strong wifi.

Can’t add money to account, does not give options to select card type.

i reactivated my account over the phone with the automated system. i tried to connect jpay to securus for email and i keep getting error messages and then it’s the same customer service number that doesn’t help AT ALL! frustrating

App will not open. Wouldn't update. Deleted it and tried to reinstall and Wouldn't download.

I'm not getting my bf messages at all til like days later or weeks

Everytime I try to update my new I.D. it says we're unable to process your request. So then i tried making a new account all together and get the same thing.

App keeps telling me app can't load try again later. I have uninstall/reinstalled, hard reset my phone, all of it and still can't get in. Very aggravating.

I have been billed for calls not connected or made. This has to get resolved immediately thank you

It lets me login but every page loads followed by the ERROR block. No code. No message. Nothing populates in the loaded Inbox, Sent, Contacts, etc pages.
