In the Ap and google chrome browser on my phone.. which has a Trying to log into my account. Doesn't recognize my user naim/email or password.Tried to log the Jpay ap and the Google Chrome browser, again on my phone, and I'm told to call and give them error code 101. Tried to call,and got disconnected. My hardware version is Android REV1.0 if that helps. Anyone solve this problem yet?

Using app. Says invalid username and password all night when I try to log on. Called Customer service and it automatically disconnects when you are transferred to a representative. I tried to create new account it says unable to set up and need to call customer service, unable to update password due to system advising my email is not in system. I’ve been using this app for almost a year and I’ve maintained the same username n password. I know my loved one just received his tablet yesterday so maybe the influx in usage of tablets is causing a crash due to the system experiencing an overload. There’s got to be a better resolution when everything we hope to have available to speak to our love ones is money being wasted due to system failures.

Im having big issues trying not to freak out It's coming up with invalid email and password... an I been calling for hours I have email an called all 3 # on 3 different phones been disconnected several times on all 3 an now finally on hold but said 5 minute wait then 10 min wait now been 30 minutes an nothing but music in my ear I have video videos an cant get in on web or app .. very disappointing.

Securus keeps telling me I entered a wrong email/password. I know both are correct. I'm relieved to know it's not just me, but COME ON Securus. We are already so limited with the contact we have with our loved ones. :(

Not sure if the apps network is down but I can’t seem to log in, it says my network connection is bad but my wifi and cellular data is working perfectly.
