I am not able to log in as a property manager, only the Owner portal. I NEED to get back into the manager account. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP!

I have tried over the past several days to have my communication restored so I can correspond with tenants. I keep getting virtual agents to help me. I need a direct conversation with someone. This needs to be resolved immediately as I and only one other coworker can communicate with tenants.

Uploading nightmare.

The application is buggy and hard to use. The inspection feature is particularly frustrating - it usually takes several attempts to upload photos to each section, often timing out and freezing up and even logging me out entirely when I try to exit a stalled inspection and go back to uploading photos on a fresh attempt. Uploading photos to a work order is a little better, but barely.

If this app can’t be used by property owners (e.g. other people who have AppFolio logins), you need to make that clear on the sign-in screen as well as on the download page. But instead of just making those text updates and calling it a day, I’d suggest your roadmap include expansion of account types able to use the app. Being customer-first means understanding and building experiences for an entire ecosystem, not just one part of it. Addressing the aforementioned gaps will result in an updated review/rating from me.

App not accessible

In the past 3 weeks my app has become very buggy & then stopped loading completely. I’ve had it for 3 years with no problems. I’ve tried removing & reloading, rarely it’ll allow me access for just that time. I can still access the app on my iphone7 office phone but not my iPhone 12 personal (any phone/Apple updates are done on both). Please help resolve this as I utilize my personal phone app much more.
