**Update** the developer responded and said “I’m glad we were able to resolve this issue with you!” - but don’t listen to that, it is not even close to being resolved, nor has anyone reached out to me about these app issues and nothing has been fixed! I think they may be trying to control the public narrative on this, but 1800AccountantOld is really terrible, so is the website.
1800AccountantOld is incredibly slow, sometimes taking more than 1-2 minutes JUST to log in to 1800AccountantOld . This also happens on the desktop browser. I can’t add many of my credit cards and bank accounts, which is CRUCIAL to a bookkeeping and accounting service, how else are me and my accounts supposed to keep track of finances and purchases? They keep saying, “try again in a few days, try a new browser” though I’ve tried them all for a while now. I’ve had nothing but performance issues and glitches with this platform. If not fixed this week, I will be wholeheartedly seeking a refund after paying nearly $4600 in total services from them!
