Like An Elephant Never Forgets—Too Bad For You

Apparently, I have subscribed to ZoneAlarm in the distant past. So, today, I download and install. It REMEMBERS my OLD INFO and WILL NOT let me access the app BECAUSE IT REMEMBERS MY ANCIENT INFO WHILE I DO NOT. IT EAS YEARS AGO. I’m out the money with an app that will not work. Oh, cannot change the info unless I log in, and I’ve described why that doesn’t work. This is SLOPPY PROGRAMMING AND I WILL JUST LET THE MONEY GO AND RECOMMEND YOU NOT GET THIS APP. IF THEY CANNOT GET THE APP TO LET YOU LOGIN, WHY WOULD I TRUST IT AT ALL?

I find the Cylance app is better.

I use both ZoneAlarm and Cylance on my phone, mainly because I have spare licenses for my Cylance Home subscription so I was okay with burning them on my mobile devices. I have ZoneAlarm because I got it at a discount. Personally I like that the Cylance app never has failures, whereas the ZoneAlarm app will randomly fail to scan. Not sure if that has to do with my VPN connection or what. But it doesn’t really explain.

I don’t care that it doesn’t state there a trial at the beginning or I’d had opted out

I won’t pay for security when other good ones are free- well known ones! How do I unsubscribe because I’m not paying for something that tells me my iOS version is up to date. As I am actually not up to date So, I can say it’s not accurate
