I’ve called about several locations for sale which Crexi lists as available but they are under agreement you guys need to do a better job keeping your application up-to-date.

Not sure what CrexiRealEstate is supposed to do but so far it does a whole lot of nothing. It doesn’t even fit in my iPhone screen. If CrexiRealEstate is useful I am not sure what for? Do I need to go to the Crexi website to make Crexi useful?

This is the most bizarre thing I have seen. You open CrexiRealEstate , set your filters, and then are presented with all these options on the map. That’s great. However, when you open any selected option and check out the pictures, info, etc., you are stuck on that selection!!! There is no back button/arrow to go back to the map. I essentially have to swipe up CrexiRealEstate to quit it and then reopen it again.
Am I miss something here? Is it me being stupid or is this the dumbest mistake an app developer could have made??

Downloaded this apt multiple times but it does nothing but crash every time it’s opened. Can not even use it. I have an iPhone 11 and it doesn’t work on it. The emailed me to help fix the problem but don’t accept emails from people not on their list. So I wanted to see if there was a way to figure out the crashing problem to no avail.

CrexiRealEstate has been freezing all the time! I have updated it and I have great WiFi connection but still it would crash for some reason.

After the update none of the filters work and CrexiRealEstate is constantly crashing. I preferred CrexiRealEstate over loopnet until the most recent update.

I like the platform. It is easy to navigate. CrexiRealEstate is intuitive. The primary issue that I noticed is that the mobile app doesn’t seem to sync with changes made on the web app or through a mobile browser.

I don’t know how it’s taken so long for someone to actually create a commercial real estate app that can actually help me. It’s not only easy to use the amount of information packed into an app is amazing. I am now able to find a deal near me and actually open up an entire OM right from my phone with no distortion. Well done!

Crexi has always been a far superior platform compared to Costar & LoopNet and now their amazing new App has launched.

Outside of the amazing UX and functionality, the CRE community has really rallied behind Crexi as the best Multiple Listing Platform for CRE professionals.

CrexiRealEstate is easy to use, has great functionality and is a must have for CRE professionals on the go.

Easy to use, great UI, and plenty of properties to view. Crexi has been great in finding commercial properties, and I’m glad there is a mobile app to use now. I’d recommend crexi to everyone!

Wow CrexiRealEstate is quite impressive.

Very organized, get easy access to info you need about each property and there is a calculator tool. Like come on. This is next level dude

As a broker selling and buying commercial real estate, I find CrexiRealEstate easy to use now and look forward to the updates along the way. CREXi has a great user experience and their team is very responsive.
