11 months agoHi, my name is Cathy Dervrich and I am the EA for Donald Metzger. I am trying to log into the Crexi app to check out a property he is interested in. I tried to set up an account for him, however, it tells me that his email (don@redacted) is already in use. Tried to reset the password multiple times, but no emails were received at any time to accomplish that. I would rather not pay to reset his password. Is there another way to retrieve that password?

1 year agoE-mail harassment! The same email sent to me 17 times in one day. STOP IT! There is no clear path to unsubscribe me from your lists. Give me the email address of the marketer in charge of that, and I will send him or her 17 emails asking him/her to take me off their lists!

WHERE IS THE BACK BUTTON???
This is the most bizarre thing I have seen. You open the app, set your filters, and then are presented with all these options on the map. That’s great. However, when you open any selected option and check out the pictures, info, etc., you are stuck on that selection!!! There is no back button/arrow to go back to the map. I essentially have to swipe up the app to quit it and then reopen it again. Am I miss something here? Is it me being stupid or is this the dumbest mistake an app developer could have made??

Apt does not work just crashes every time
Downloaded this apt multiple times but it does nothing but crash every time it’s opened. Can not even use it. I have an iPhone 11 and it doesn’t work on it. The emailed me to help fix the problem but don’t accept emails from people not on their list. So I wanted to see if there was a way to figure out the crashing problem to no avail.

Not useful at all
Not sure what this app is supposed to do but so far it does a whole lot of nothing. It doesn’t even fit in my iPhone screen. If the app is useful I am not sure what for? Do I need to go to the Crexi website to make Crexi useful?
