Get Pricing Info for Harman International IndustriesI have the JBL Live Pro+ 2 Earphones, which are great, but the app to manage it is not working. I have no way to manage the equalizer and noise cancelling features. The earphone connect perfectly to but mobile, but the app is frozen in the initial screen. I´ve already reinstalled the app multiple times, restarted my devide, reconnect the earphones, cleared the app data... nothing worked. Please fiz it!

Greetings, I just bought the 125TWS and their not on here. Searched the Internet for a fix or information revolving around this and it sees I’m not the only one experiencing the fact this app is miss mine (and other types) of JBL headphones.
In a time when brand and product means everything, where hard earned money is critically spent by those struggling, I thought possibly I made the smart choice going for 125TWS then say AirPods or Galaxy Buds, but I guess I thought too much :(
I hope this changes. I hope I can get to experience what this app is meant to do for the consumer and maybe one day, what I was hoping to be excited about.

FIX THE APP. The products JBL produces physically are great and priced well, but requiring use of the app to check the headphone charging, adjust ambient noise cancelling, use sound canceling, adjust EQ and then not having a functioning app is insane.
It’s clear that this is an issue a significant amount of users are facing based off the consistent reviews explaining how the app never seems to locate the headphones and cannot be adjusted without the app locating the headphones. So when will this be fixed?

It’s been 4 months of use without functioning properly. I have stopped using my headphones in Lieu of SILENCE because the app has caused me such frustration.
I would not recommend any product that requires this app solely for the app.

Why do I need to use phone space to download another app for these to work, Skull candy didn’t have me do this, my daughters 20 dollar pair didn’t need an app. An app that I will use once then never use again, with this app standing as an eyesore at the most. Come on. I just want to listen to my news through out the day at work. You make it work without an app, I’ll give it 5 stars, but with this ridiculous caveat, one star.
