Great job!

I have been using the Fidelity mobile banking app for over five years and counting, and I have never been disappointed. I initiate transaction from any part of the world without sweat. My account is secure and my business partners promptly receive transfers made to them through my Fidelity mobile banking app. I will want to encourage the staff and management of Fidelity bank pox to keep up the good work.

Older version worked much better

Firstly, your IT team, needs to be fired, for initiating a system upgrade without prior notice to customers through appropriate channels…. Secondly, the older version worked much better and more seamlessly than this…. Thirdly, remove the loyalty points, it delays FidelityOnlineBanking load time….totally unnecessary. Why can’t i send money to opay, palmpay or kuda, have you guys got beef? Pls, should incase of next time, always notify customers before doing a system maintenance so they can plan for it and move funds to avoid being stuck….very important….

Loans

I see no reason why savings Accounts can’t get loans from FidelityOnlineBanking or the bank hall even when the person saved up to millions in interest.. aside that your app is okay

App doesn’t work properly

I can’t make transactions using my mobile app.
App doesn’t permit me to select account I’m sending from, when making transfer, so it has been impossible for me to make transactions using this mobile app.
Each time I try to make a transfer and I tap on “source” it remains blank, instead of showing my desired account which I’m making transfer from. It has been this way for months now and app developer isn’t doing anything about this..
I think FidelityOnlineBanking is useless.

You are pushing customers to the wall

FidelityOnlineBanking was fine before you guys brought the new update and now it keeps crashing when I’m trying to get some transactions done every time, it’s becoming frustrating because I don’t have time to stand on queues to make transactions inside the bank ... but anything that makes me visit your branch I’m closing this account and moving to my other bank... I can’t have other banks and you people are using your own to delay my business

Problem on airtime recharge, they debit me without funding and that’s how they don’t pay

Problem on airtime recharge, they debit me without funding and that’s how they don’t pay back sometimes. I have been using FidelityOnlineBanking for long now no issues but what they do is that when I purchase airtime below 200 naira they will debut me and won’t give me the airtime na till I buy like 300 or500 then they will credit me, wish to report don’t have that time to go to the bank and the only day I have chance is only on Sunday

APP LYING

FidelityOnlineBanking keeps giving false information. I have been trying to log in all day at it keeps saying “ YOUR NETWORK IS QUITE SLOW, PLS TRY AGAIN LATER” . This is the same network I use for other bank apps and it works fine. I even tried opening another account with fidelity to test the network and it DID NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT network but worked fine. However each time i try to login, it says “ YOUR NETWORK IS QUITE SLOW” pls fix. Its embarrasing not to be able to access my accounts.

Worst of the worst

This application is top notch but lacks proper advancement. I've been trying to make a transfer to union bank for over 2 hours now and since it's showing me an error message. This isn't the first time tho, I even tried using the ussd channel to perform the same transaction but instead it kept showing a pop up message written "phone number does not match account"...

Please try and fix the bug so customers like myself don't keep experiencing this.

Lacking some vital features

I love fidelity bank so much, and the new update got me all excited , but i found out, it only show money out, no record for money received so Sad
This should be looked into as soon as possible !

Unable to track inflows Via the new app

This new app doesn’t show my inflow breakdown as it shows the outflows

Which is really frustrating as I am unable to track all the money I have received via the bank app

Favorable use inside and outside the country

While I have experienced several banks unavailability at different times, the Fidelity online banking hardly have ever disappointed me. I believe that this singular factor lends a positive outlook to FidelityOnlineBanking as well. Keep it up!

Thanks you guys Technical team, cause the last one month update was not good couldn’t make any transfer to another account or recharge airtime. This new update amend it and is so beautiful to make all transactions with a app at ease.

I can’t find Opay, kuda and palmpay on my transfer list ??

I have been banking with FIDELITY BANK for more than 10 years now and I think I have the right to know the reason why your upgrade do not have Opay, Kuda & palmpay on the transfer list, but I can see all kind of bank that have never been used. I find this really interesting and I am longer interested in using FidelityOnlineBanking so please and please reply me before I deactivate my account.

Everything is perfectly okay but I think the issue of automatic send when a token is being copied should be looked into. There should be a double confirmation to avoid sending to wrong acct . Thank you.

Wrong App Receipt after Transfer

I hate when FidelityOnlineBanking gives a copy of a previous and unrelated transaction for a new transaction. This is really frustrating. I have mistakenly sent these wrong receipts to people thinking that it’s the correct receipt. It’s better to give a blank receipt than to give a wrong receipt. It happens more than 80% of the time. Please correct this or shut down your app system.

My best bank ever I love it a lot they have good network and it’s so wonderful I’ve never had any complaints before whenever I have any issues I just mail them and they will solve it within 24hrs….. I LOVE FIDELITY BANK ALWAYS

Bill Payment

Bill payments are a chore and frustrating app. Can’t perform basic transactions like postpaid EKEDC payments for about 2 months now though the account is there as a saved beneficiary. It always comes back with an the error message “info” or “account can’t be validated” or “you’re not connected to the internet”

Update my balance for me!!!!

Hello mrs, I have a complaint to detail you about, about my bank account…I did transfer money from my Kuda to my fidelity account, which I got alert but my balance didn’t update at all and I tried with my OPay account, yet my balance still didn’t update after that!!!!!

I need answers about that, that’s my business account and transactions flow in and out well, so I need it solve

Please try work on beneficiaries part. Whenever I transfer money to other bank it saves their bank account automatically as my beneficiaries.

Facial recognition for IPhone users

Since we’ve updated our app from the previous, there’s no provision for facial biometric.

I need to type my password as many times as I want to login to FidelityOnlineBanking that the reason I stopped using Fidelity.

I’ve waited for a while thinking there will be upgrade but nothing has happened.

Kindly do well to update the biometric facial recognition for we iPhone users

When you generate bank statement , it doesn’t show the enter page thereby rendering the statement useless , is that on purpose so you can request from the bank and get charged?

I don’t understand those people that are given reviews on FidelityOnlineBanking,now they upgraded FidelityOnlineBanking and it started given people issue ,it won’t even allow you to transfer or login at a time ,make them no go beat person for market ,I can’t be coming to the bank every time just bcos I want to make some little transfer please do something about it

FidelityOnlineBanking is trash !!! You can’t do nothing Quick very slow system infact if you try sending your money out FidelityOnlineBanking will write bad internet connection but na this same network that was downloading FidelityOnlineBanking … fidelity is a mess I only use it cz it’s reluctant so sometimes when I remember how hard it is to send money out from FidelityOnlineBanking I just forget and leave it … helping me save my coins 😁😁… Fidelity Bank fix your Bank 🏦 network.
