Firstly, your IT team, needs to be fired, for initiating a system upgrade without prior notice to customers through appropriate channels…. Secondly, the older version worked much better and more seamlessly than this…. Thirdly, remove the loyalty points, it delays the app load time….totally unnecessary. Why can’t i send money to opay, palmpay or kuda, have you guys got beef? Pls, should incase of next time, always notify customers before doing a system maintenance so they can plan for it and move funds to avoid being stuck….very important….

I can’t make transactions using my mobile app.
App doesn’t permit me to select account I’m sending from, when making transfer, so it has been impossible for me to make transactions using this mobile app.
Each time I try to make a transfer and I tap on “source” it remains blank, instead of showing my desired account which I’m making transfer from. It has been this way for months now and app developer isn’t doing anything about this..
I think this app is useless.

The app was fine before you guys brought the new update and now it keeps crashing when I’m trying to get some transactions done every time, it’s becoming frustrating because I don’t have time to stand on queues to make transactions inside the bank ... but anything that makes me visit your branch I’m closing this account and moving to my other bank... I can’t have other banks and you people are using your own to delay my business
