Totally useless piece of garbage. I am an extremely tech savvy individual, have performed all of the suggested problem solving tips, and the thing has worked as it is supposed to maybe twice out of the 100 times I have attempted to use it for one of it’s advertised purposes. I mean it is shockingly terrible. I guess you get what you pay for. Run the other way people. Cube - shame on you!!

The tracker is great at telling you where you had lunch two days ago bc it randomly tracks you and then never updates plus it’s not easy to use so if you just want to make it beep you have to go through the menus in the right combo just to be able to do so.

Cube is such a stupid group of people you can’t just make the thing beep from you phone unless it’s literally connected to someone’s phone who has there app nobody else even uses.

I needed the CUBE 3 times in a six week period. Each and every time I got a message that said it was “Disconnected”. Useless.

I tried several times to test it when I knew where my keys were. Half the time- when my keys were nearby - I’d get the alert as promised. But if my keys were on another floor in the house or in the car I got the “Disconnected” message. I tried removing the program and reinstalling - made no difference.

I contacted tech support through the link provided. Eventually I got the reply to try deinstalling and reinstalling... something that I had tried. And certainly at least a week after I needed to find my keys.

Worse -I can’t return it because the company set the return window for one day less than one month after I received it. Worse than useless.

So- who’s providing such great reviews??

I wrote to the company sometime ago about false alarms, and they changed it so that you have to hit the button three times before you can set the alarm off on the phone. Despite this, I have a lot of keys along with the cube dongle, and if I bump up against the chair, off the phone goes right in front of everybody. In addition I’ve already gone through 2 1/2 maybe three batteries per year, and as high as 30% of my iPhone battery use. Hole to connect to the keychain broke. Otherwise I have no problems with the way the system works, which is as advertised, but the system still needs work.

Hey this thing works Billy is a 11 month old Akbash living on a cattle ranch. He sometimes wanders mile’s away. This device helps me find him easily at night or daytime. The only problem is the recent update it now alerts almost constantly. I have tried downloading and reuploading and I still have the problem once I upload the update.

I love this key finder. Things are always getting lost at our house and it’s so nice to be able to easily find our keys. It is so easy to use. Pretty much just open it up, download CUBETracker , hit a button and go!

There was about one day where the October app update bricked my Cube Pro. I contacted tech support and they are sending a replacement. CUBETracker has been updated to prevent this issue.

My original Cube has worked flawlessly through this.

I had no idea what I was missing, as someone who is notorious for losing my keys this is a game changer! CUBETracker is much more responsive than tile and I enjoy the extra features-like using it for pictures.

This cube has helped me find my keys, and even if you loose your phone but have your keys it can make your phone start ringing even if the sound is turned off, awesome feature, only wish it could stay connected further away

I absolutely love this little device! I am always searching for my keys or my phone, this is perfect for me! I was surprised at how loud it is. It is easy to set up and easy to use both CUBETracker and the cube itself. I love that you can take a picture by clicking the cube.

This tracker helps me stay sane after my kids decide to play with my keys & not put them back when they are done. CUBETracker is easily figured out & makes it a quick & easy job to find the keys. It is now a new game for my kids—follow the sound to find the keys!

I’ve been happy with the cube, both the shadow and the pro work well.
The problem has been after a while some thing stops working
You can try changing the battery, deleting then reloading app, re pair the blue tooth, and it’ll work for a little bit but they are not long-term durable.
For the money they can replaced every year or two and you’ll be able to find your keys and wallet and phone

I love this. It’s nice and loud and I absolutely love that I can find my phone with this!! I love that part more than anything else. It’s nice looking and thin. There is also an option to take a picture on your phone by clicking the cube!! I know my family will want one.. so I will be getting more!

I bought this because my twin toddlers and preschooler are always playing hide and seek with my things. It’s really user friendly and the price was completely reasonable for the device itself. Very happy with this and would definitely recommend to others.

My husband lost two sets of keys while walking our dog. I am confident now this won’t happen I can just retake steps and listen! We have everyday uses when we just can’t locate them. I hung my purse behind my door. Couldn’t find them and bam there they were. Thanks!

My brother sent me a cube last Christmas and it’s been great for locating the car key fob so I purchased more for my other key fobs. Love the easy setup on my smartphone. Lost 2 key fobs previous to owning a cube and they were $200 each to replace. My Cubes are inexpensive insurance to help me find the misplaced key fobs. I also press the Cube to locate my smartphone in the house.

I personally think the cube is the better buy I also have a tile brand an the cube is on my work keys an has held up way better than the tile on the wife’s car keys never not connected when neeed. tile has not connected when needed but the tile does work backwards u can login in online an locate a connected phone so I prefer to have both

I purchased this after I lost my keys and almost had a breakdown. I’ve never had to use it but I like that I can. Today was the day I put this to test. I lost my keys at Home Depot. It fell in a small hole in the paint department. I went to CUBETracker and pressed find and I could hear the signal faintly. My keys would have never been found had it not been for this little gizmo.

I must say, I am truly impressed by their customer service. I had problems with one unit that was using way too much battery under minimal use. I contacted customer service to see if I was doing something wrong. They responded right away and offered a brand new unit free of charge to replace the defective device. They sent in a few days, over the holiday break. They were courteous and effective. Very impressed.

Yes I travel the speed of light trying to go from one place to the next. Occasionally it seems that I forget where I stashed my keys. I never have this problem anymore, because Cube is got my back. One less stress that can ruin a day. Thanks. Robert B
