Contact CUBE Tracker Support

I needed the CUBE 3 times in a six week period. Each and every time I got a message that said it was “Disconnected”. Useless. I tried several times to test it when I knew where my keys were. Half the time- when my keys were nearby - I’d get the alert as promised. But if my keys were on another floor in the house or in the car I got the “Disconnected” message. I tried removing the program and reinstalling - made no difference. I contacted tech support through the link provided. Eventually I got the reply to try deinstalling and reinstalling... something that I had tried. And certainly at least a week after I needed to find my keys. Worse -I can’t return it because the company set the return window for one day less than one month after I received it. Worse than useless. So- who’s providing such great reviews??

The tracker is great at telling you where you had lunch two days ago bc it randomly tracks you and then never updates plus it’s not easy to use so if you just want to make it beep you have to go through the menus in the right combo just to be able to do so. Cube is such a stupid group of people you can’t just make the thing beep from you phone unless it’s literally connected to someone’s phone who has there app nobody else even uses.

Totally useless piece of garbage. I am an extremely tech savvy individual, have performed all of the suggested problem solving tips, and the thing has worked as it is supposed to maybe twice out of the 100 times I have attempted to use it for one of it’s advertised purposes. I mean it is shockingly terrible. I guess you get what you pay for. Run the other way people. Cube - shame on you!!
