It’s alright when it works; the data collection is pretty nice, but I have to do pretty much everything else through an internet browser. My biggest issue is that whenever I log out or leave RethinkBH for an extended period of time, it states my session has expired and leads me to a completely blank screen. The only way I’ve been able to fix it is to uninstall RethinkBH and re-install it to get the login screen. I’ve had to reinstall it before every session, and at this point it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

Let me just say, RethinkBH is completely horrible. It’ll load slow. My appointments won’t show on RethinkBH . Clocking in and clocking out will be delayed and verifications will be delayed because RethinkBH will start to mess up and act as if there’s no current appointment. It’s a horrible app and I hope they do something about it soon.

Keep getting messages about “exciting new app updates”, but RethinkBH hasn’t worked in months for anyone at my company. How about a bug fix that actually allows people to login?

I just updated my app to the new 5.1.4
And every time I try to log In RethinkBH automatically closes.
Doesn’t log in or load, RethinkBH just closes.
I am In Desperate need to use this, but RethinkBH does not let me log in.
RethinkBH was working perfectly fine when I had the 5.1.3.

App fails to connect to TheraWe. Just asks for a password over and over and does nothing. It also lacks a lot of the content available on the website. Not sure why I would ever use RethinkBH as it is.

RethinkBH works correctly about 25% of the time which is a major problem considering I need it for work. Won’t load, won’t sync, can’t verify, crashes, errors left in right. This is just a garbage app and the fact people need it to get paid is even more ridiculous

When signing on. It login u back out saying someone has logged into your account. Pls fix this how we take our data for clients. Their is always issues. It slows and isn’t fast at all

I’m constantly losing my session notes and having them permanently deleted as well as my verified sessions, it’s a nightmare. I have to rewrite everything and once I have to rewrite my notes, it’s not as accurate of that session as I’m going based off of memory. Delaying my present day session because I have to refill everything out for previous ones has become a weekly struggle.

Please stop making it so that we have to check every target we want to take data on!!! Just keep it so that all the targets appear automatically. Its a huge waste of time to fetch every target before we can take data on it.
Sessions are already chaotic enough I don’t understand why there are updates that try to slow us down.

I've been in this field for a long time. I've come across almost every data collection too you can think of from catalyst to central reach to biptrack. However, this is by far the worst app to use. It constantly freezes, rarely updates with correct information, you can't get paid reliably from RethinkBH because it's almost never correct. Catalyst was the best! This is horrible!

Only having one target selected when I open a kid’s programs is so frustrating!! I have to manually go in and select all of my targets every. Freaking. Session. That’s up to 3 times a day I have to do this! It eats away at my therapy time and attention to my kids. Such a dumb update.

The new update screwed my whole life now. I can’t even verify says I don't have permission, can’t find the appointment on the client I just put on the calendar, and I can’t send my data I took for the client it says no appointment so it gets erased. Please fix this before this keeps happening right now it’s been 2 days and it’s not fun trying to figure out how to fix this!!!!

RethinkBH continues to have multiple issues and because of that I’m continuously not getting paid for multiple hours of work since the company I work for goes off of rethink as a reliable method to calculate hours worked and hours paid. The company I work for should be able to reliably use RethinkBH but unfortunately the only think that’s actually reliable is the website. This is extremely frustrating both from both an HR position as well as a behavioral therapist.

Unfortunately my job has tied payroll to RethinkBH. So if it decides to malfunction don’t expect to get paid on time

This new April update they added a timeout to the sessions. This is not helpful while taking duration data or simply for running a session in general. Also, there are many issues with the organization of RethinkBH . It is not ADHD friendly (in my case) to have to scroll up and down trying to find what programs I did or did not run yet. You guys should add more features to tweak the order of the programs to make the sessions more understandable.

RethinkBH looks like it was made in the 15th century, there's so many features that could enhance it. Also come on, it's 2023 and no dark mode?

Hi, I use my ipad a lot for work and I can't use it turned on its side with my keyboard for typing.

This has been a game changer. Patients are loving it.
